TECHNICAL DETAILS
1. Primus is intended for cooking, boiling water in field conditions.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
1. It is strictly forbidden:
1) pour gasoline into a burning or uncooled primus;
2) use a kerosene stove for children and leave it unattended;
3) use gasoline with lubricating oil or gasoline not specified in clause 2.2 of this manual.
4) use a stove when a gasoline leak is detected;
5) to fill in gasoline more than 1.9 liters and to pump a filled primus for more than 30 strokes.
REMEMBER! Overfilling and pumping can cause the safety valve to operate.
If the safety valve is triggered, turn off the gasoline supply by turning the combination wrench clockwise until it stops and extinguish the flame.

1. Postal service.

Registered Airmail includes insurance, the postal service is responsible for the shipping and compensates if parcel is lost. Fortunately, we had no cases when something was lost by this service.
2. Sending. The item(s) will be sent within 1 business day after the payment is received. Business day do not include weekends and national holidays of Ukraine (New Year, Christmas, Easter, May 1, etc.). The buyer will be informed about sending.
3. Delivery. The usual period of delivery is 10-15 days to USA, European countries, 20-30 days to the Canada, Japan, 20-40 days to Australia, New Zealand and other countries worldwide by Ukrainian postal service.
4. Delays. Very rarely, delays can occur in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control (postal service delays). If the item is delayed in shipping, the buyer should inform the seller about delay. Please allow the seller 1-2 business days to research the situation and possible reasons of delay.
5. Packing. The seller sends the item in packing that guarantees safe delivery by Airmail. All items will be carefully packed.
During the quarantine period, delivery times may differ from standard ones.
Guarantee/Return Policy
1. If the item was damaged in shipping (visual damage, loose parts etc.), you must notify the seller as well as the carrier immediately. Any claims of damage after 3 days can be denied by the carrier.
2. We offer 60-day (from receiving date) return policy for item that does not match description. In this case, the product must be returned in the same condition, packed in its original postal box with all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories (if originally included). The refund will be given in amount of 100% item cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Postage fees for the return is not refundable in any case also.
