Important! Please check not only part number of computer part, but how actually computer part looks like to one compared in photo as many computer part have identical part numbers. This computer part can be used as a original part for your original faulty or damaged computer part. It is strongly advised that computer part replacement procedure would be done by qualified computer technician as in some cases it may be necessary to solder it in order to replace properly.

Payments

* Currently, the only form of payment we accept is through PayPal (we ship only to PayPal Verified and Confirmed Addresses). 

* Note for non-EU (European Union) Customers: any import duties and various taxes related with customs office are not included to items price or shipping expenses. For more information, regards those charges please contact your countries customs office. It is Customers responsibility to pay those charges. 

* Payment should be received within four days after purchase. Otherwise, we will have to open case for unpaid item. 

* Our listed prices include VAT (21%) already, in case if you would need invoice, please let us know. 

* In case of circumstances beyond our control, we reserve right to cancel the selling contract or stop delivery of goods without any liability. Such circumstances may be unexpected delays from suppliers, change of governmental laws, wars, cataclysms, issues related with transportation, etc.

Shipping

* Ship worldwide from Vilnius, Lithuania by Lithuania post. Lithuania is a country-member of European Union, so there are no customs taxes for citizens of EU countries. 

* We do ship only on business days (no shipping on weekends and bank holidays). 

* If you need express shipping, please write a message, we will gladly let you know how much it would cost to ship it with DHL, what shipping options are and how many days shipping would take. Note: price of shipping increases quite significantly.  

* All our items are carefully packed with durable packing materials to insure highest standards of safety. 

* After payment was received/cleared, we ship only to Verified PayPal Address. In case, if you would need your item to be shipped to another address, please change/verify it in PayPal before purchasing item. 

* We can not be held responsible for the time period it takes for parcel company to deliver your item. 

* Customer should carefully check the package once receiving. If package is damaged during shipping process, please refuse to sign for the package and it will be returned to us. Let us know about such issue as soon as possible, so we could react accordingly. If there is possibility, please provide with photos of damaged parcel. 

* If item supposed to arrive soon (you see that it is in post office according to tracking system) and it isn't delivered, please check for missed delivery cards or notifications. 

* If item was returned due to incorrect Customers address or Customer wasn't available to take it, we reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again. 

Warranty

* If item you have bought is defective, please contact us within the warranty period and we will replace item you have bought with another such item or make a refund according to the situation. As mentioned in returns section, both postage and shipping back expenses are not refundable. 

* Please keep in mind that every effort is done to send you a replacement as soon as possible, but in some rare cases there may be small delays if we would have to wait for replacement parts from our suppliers. 

Important information

* In order to insure highest standards of Customer Satisfaction, we use Double Quality Control Management System: item is carefully tested for the first time before uploading listing to eBay and tested for the second time before sending it to Customer. 

* For Customers who buy in bigger quantities or frequently we apply discount system. Please contact us for more information. 

* Before pressing "Buy it now", please make sure that issue is really related with that part you are planning to buy. For example, video card: there are many cases that it may seem that it is video cards fault, but problem may be other part-related, for example, motherboard. Make sure that part would be installed by professional technician as improper fitting may cause item to appear as non-working, it may be working unstable and this may lead to long-term laptop issues. There is a great risk of damaging laptop while dissembling and assembling it, for example, damaging ribbon cables, etc. In case, if you would like that we would change part for you, please contact us and we will provide you with quotes.
