Vintage Gumball Monster Insect NOS Vending Premium Prize Toy #6.   I purchased toys from a man who as a Toy Sales Rep. in the 60's.  People sent him toys that they wanted his company to purchase.  This was one of the toys.  The case has been opened and has some small cracking it.  I think it is a insect, not sure.
