Notes:
     Like New / Used - Most cases are taken from new releases.  Most items are NEW with minor defects (scuff marks, minor dents).  Some may have minor chips on top and/or bottom.  A few have been used and acquired from various places and may have minor sticker residue.  ALL will hold disc(s) and fasten properly on the top / bottom.  Items WILL NOT be picked for specific quality upon request.  Please purchase from one of my listings that is "brand new" if this is not acceptable.  UPC or sticker, if originally affixed by the manufacturer or retailer, may still be (rarely) present.
     Xbox One Blank Cases - Include cases taken from games that do not place a sports / affiliate sticker on the front (for example, NBA 2K games).  Minor sticker residue or "shadow" is possible from price stickers, although most items are brand new.

Return policy is as stated.  Buyers making false claims in order to force a return on a "no returns" purchase are reported to eBay.  Fraudulent purchases or returns are also reported to the US Postal Inspector.  If returns are accepted, items returned with missing pieces, used, damaged, or otherwise devalued will incur the maximum fee in accordance with eBay policy. 

Due to the way transactions are completed, cancellations cannot generally granted.  Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days, even when handling states longer periods.  Please make sure to make a wise purchasing decision.
     
Combined shipping is offered by purchasing items in the same transaction and discounts (if applicable) will be processed in that manner.  You may need to change your shipping option in order for discounts to take effect.  

Brand new, sealed items are not eligible for return if opened, and if returns are accepted will incur the maximum fee allowed by eBay.

Best Offers are encouraged, but please note that they will generally not exceed 5-10% of the BIN price, and will likely be rejected if the item is already at the lowest price on eBay.  

Shipping and handling times are automatically calculated, but please note that items will almost always be shipped within 1-2 days of purchase.  Please note that there might be delays by USPS during holiday periods, pandemics, and other events that impact the USPS.
