This 1950s vintage stoppered pot is a one-of-a-kind decorative art piece. Made by Beryl Mallinson, Fellow of the Royal Art Society and Doctor of Fine Art in Italy, this red wine or olive oil vessel is wheel thrown from clay and features a streaked brown glaze with a dark brown swirl pattern. Measuring 155mm in height and 135mm in base diameter, it comes with a matching colour button top cork stopper and weighs 0.75kg. Engraved with Mallinson's signature and produced using a mid-20th century technique, this pot is a must-have for any bespoke country kitchen or barware collection. Carefully packaged with lots of bubble wrap and cardboard, it is suitable for all occasions and any room.
