Made of Premium quality Mango that have been selected, washed, peeled, sliced, seed removed, cut, dehydrated, sorted and packed.

These are sun dried mangoes with salt. Made to cook dishes directly. You can easily make it with your busy schedules.

Ways to be made :

* Wash the mangos in the packet.

* (except salt) Mix chili powder, turmeric powder, roasted curry powder and let them marinate.

* Add some coconut oil to a cooking pan and add mustard seeds, chopped onions, garlic, curry leaves, rumpe etc. and keep until it browns slightly.

* Now add marinated mango slices to it and mix well.

* Add water or coconut milk to cover the mango slices and cook in a low fire.

* Add enough sugar when cooked for a little bit is more tasty than enough.
