SHIPPING:

Generally, we have a very fast handling and shipping time. However, in some cases please allow for up to 2-3 days handling time which can occur on rare occasions. If you need tracking info and have not received it after paying for your order, please contact us and we will update you with tracking information.

We ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Express Shipping is available by request.

RETURN POLICY: 

We gladly accept returns or exchanges from customers in the U.S. when returned in same condition, within 30 days. Please contact us and we will provide the Return Address and RMA#

NOTE *** DO NOT SEND THE ITEM BACK TO US WITHOUT OBTAINING RMA# FIRST.

RETURNS: Buyer pays return shipping. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

EXCHANGE: Buyer is responsible for getting original product back to us.
