Yellow Dragon Fruit is a cactus native to parts of Southern America ( Equador ) where it is typically known as Pitahaya. It is a beautiful fruit that has magnificent dazzling, scented, night-blooming flowers and an intense shape and color. The fruit is yellow skin white flesh with lot of sweet juice. A healthy dragon fruit plant can be fruit and flower in 24 months with good temperature and proper care treatments.
Young plants should be acclimated to outdoor conditions in early summer before winter comes. They should not be kept under 50 degree F in winter. Lowest temperature is 40 degree F but can be 30 degree F when a plant is established. They should protect from hard freezes. Freezing is one hazard, due to different area zone temperature we can't guarantee for the plant's surviving after you plant it.
To ensure the health of succulents, it is important to plant them in porous, well-draining soil. Succulents require little watering, but don't like to sit in wet soil. To create an adequate cactus mix, simply add pumice, perlite, or grit to cactus soil to provide the proper drainage.
The cutting will be shipped for " ONE " piece matured live fresh cutting in 12" length. The plant cutting you will receive just similar to the pictured cuttings, may not be the exact one shipped.
