Shipping method for our Continental USA Customers:

We typically ship Flat Rate Freight for Coverking orders (Free to our customers). However, depending on your location and weight of your custom made product, we may also use FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, and USPS 1st Class Mail, 100% at our sole discretion. Due to how the automated eBay system works, sometimes our auction may specify (for example) FedEx Ground. However, we may actually ship your product with UPS or the USPS instead. If you require a specific type of shipping, or a specific courier, please contact us before purchasing this part. We will be happy to work with you to ship as you need.

If you change your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong product, we offer a 30 day return policy with a 20% restocking fee on normally stocked items as long as the part is unopened and in original packaging.

All special order / made to order item returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee as they are made to order, and not ordinarily something that would be stocked, or sold on a regular basis.

If the product has a problem to where it can not be installed or it's primary function is at fault we will facilitate a manufacturer warranty to either get you a replacement or money back.

In order to facilitate Coverking returns that do not fit, we require photographic documentation of the product on the vehicle showing what parts do not fit.

The customer is responsible for properly photographing any issues in order to receive a refund or replacement without a restocking fee.

Please note that any item where an install attempt has been made on a vehicle that this part is not intended for cannot be returned. This product is not intended or guaranteed to work with any application NOT listed in the fitment / application section of our eBay listing description. Items that are broken or malfunctioning due to an incorrect install attempt can not be returned as well. Professional installation on all products and items is highly recommended.

Any charges (Shipping, Insurances, etc) that are non recoverable costs will be deducted from the amount prior to a refund being issued. This includes our cost to originally ship an item, even if we did not charge shipping.

Cancellations that are not requested within 1 hour of the item purchase cannot be guaranteed. After 1 hour, our auto system will process the order with the warehouse or manufacturer. Items typically go into shipment queue the day before shipment. If an item is in shipment queue even though it has not shipped, it is very difficult to pull before it leaves. In these cases we try our best, but please understand we require cancellations to come through within 1 hour in order to guarantee money back.

Cancellation requests MUST be sent in via eBay's system in your "my eBay" tab or via messaging WITH THE SUBJECT TITLE AS CANCELLATION. Our support department differs from accounting and returns. If the message comes in as 'I have a question about using my item' or a general / unspecified message, it is forwarded to the correct department which delays the process. Often times, it is too late by the time it gets to the appropriate department. Cancellations that are requested incorrectly can not be guaranteed.

Coverking items are Special order / made to order items and cannot be cancelled without a 50% restocking fee. These are items that would not normally be stocked, or manufacturered regularly that we commissioned the manufacturer to make upon receipt of your order. Please understand that this is a feee that manufacturers charge to us, so we must relay it to the buyer. We do not profit from cancelled special order items, and in many cases, we cover any additional fees past the 50% for our buyers.

Quantity on hand is subject to change at any given time. We sell in multiple markets which consists of a combination of eBay, multiple retail websites, and wholesale. Items on hand change often and the eBay auction Quantity Available listed may not be updated in real time. Due to the rapid pace, we may not always have the physical stock. Items out of stock will be shipped from a distributor or directly from the manufacturer. Keep in mind that each manufacturer and/or distributor have their own shipping terms and policies that both the buyer and the seller have to abide by. In the event that an item becomes unavailable due to a listing error, or a discrepancy in the listing description, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. In this rare event, a full refund will be issued via Paypal and you will be notified via the eBay messaging system.

Rare / uncommon vehicle interiors are sometimes not available. The eBay PID system does not account for interior variations of vehicles, and in very rare circumstances, a vehicle that Coverking does not have a pattern for will show. Examples of this would be where the interior shape and design varies from most production models such as Police edition interiors. We will verify your fitment before submitting your order in these cases. If you have an uncommon vehicle interior, it is best to contact us first prior to purchasing.

Swatch colors and pictures are used in this listing for reference only. Due to the many variations of LCD, LED, and other display technologies, colors can appear differently from screen to screen. If you would like to request physical swatches of materials, please contact us and we would be happy to send you samples. Any returns for items where the color did not match the device you ordered from cannot be accepted without a 50% restocking fee.
