Die Dynavox Schallplattenklemme VC150 ist eine praktische Alternative zum Stabilizer. Sie arbeitet im Vergleich zum Stabilizer nicht mit Ihrem Eigengewicht, sondern mit einem praktischen Klemmmenchanismus. Sie verbessert den Klang, in dem sie die Schallplatte am Verrutschen während des Abspielvorgangs hindert und unerwünschte Resonanzen reduziert werden. Zusätzlich erhöht sie durch die bessere Stabilität der LP deren Lebenszeit und die der Abtastnadel. Durch das geringe Eigengewicht ist die Plattenklemme im Gegensatz zum Stabilizer schonender für empfindliche Tellerlager, besser für den Gleichlauf und ist bestens für Subchassis-Player geeignet. Die Klemmvorrichtung besteht aus eloxiertem Aluminium oben und dem Konstruktionswerkstoff Polyoxymethylen, der bevorzugte als Konstruktionswerkstoff, z. B. für Präzisionsteile der Feinwerktechnik eingesetzt wird.

The Dynavox record clamp VC150 is a practical alternative to the stabilizer. Compared to the stabilizer, it does not work with its own weight, but with a practical clamping mechanism. It improves the sound by preventing the record from slipping during playback and reducing unwanted resonance.
