If you are not satisfied with your item returns and or exchanges will be gladly accepted within 30 days of item being delivered. When we receive the item back in the same condition as when you received it, we will refund your payment amount. If any item is returned to us in a condition different from the condition it was in when we delivered it, or if we believe in good faith that the item returned is not the same as the item we shipped to you, we can take up to 50% of the sale amount. We will also escalate return with eBay.
