We accept payment by PayPal, Personal Cheque, Postal Order, Banker's Draft and Card Payments (UK bidders). International bidders please note that we only accept payment by PayPal in GBP(Sterling Pounds). NO EXTRA charge for paying by PayPal.

We are VAT registered if you are buying for business you can claim VAT(currently VAT is charged at 17.5%), mail us for VAT invoice.
Please keep your address updated on ebay/paypal, once we receive the order,some orders are shipped straight away.

Due to adverse weather in the country- as it is affecting all the deliveries through out the country. We cannot gaurantee that all the orders will be delivered before christmas. We will be shipping all the orders received within 1 business day by using royalmail 1st class delivery or by dhl for delivery within 48 working hours. Please give extra time for deliveries and due to this we are very busy, please give us extra time to answer your queries.
Most of the items are wrapped securly in bubble wrapped in and according to the size & weight of the item then they are packed in courrier bags or boxes(occassionally we use old card boxes--saves money and environment)
We use Royal mail, Parcel force or DHL for all deliveries depending on best suitable service for individual item, if you have any particular requirement confirm before buying, once goods despatched, we won't be able change the address.
If you don't receive your goods within 4-5 working days of desptachemail, mail us and we will try to give you best possible price. We charge you what we pay to courier and packaging costs.
We will desptach your goods within 1-3 working days upon receipt of cleared payments upon receipt of cleared funds & if for some reasons,we can't will mail you.
There will be a charge of 10 for redirecting delivery to a different address or refused delivery for any changes please mention at the time of order, once goods despatched the above charges will apply. Please note if you don't accept delivery or address provided is incorrect and the parcels comes back to us, you have to pay redelivery charges and the charges for the parcel coming back to us: as these are charges set by courriers not us.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reasons, we will refund or exchange.Goods returned should be unused and should be in original packaging
If you have purchased any item with the free postage, if you return the item, there will be administartion charge of 20%.
Any item faulty, damaged or unwanted should be returned within 7 days of receipt in original packaging, in saleable condition & unused.
Goods returned to us for any reason should be carriage paid. Postage & packaging costs will not be refunded. Only the postage paid at the time of original purchase will be returned if we send the wrong item to you or on our descretion.
Please make sure when when you receive the goods,if the packaging is damaged,sign as damaged and inform us within 48 hours.Also we will need the picture for the same.
