I am not a professional grader but visually and comparatively to other graded listing of this same comic book, in my opinion it is in nearly new to near mint condition. It has been unopened, unread, placed into a protective ultra clear polypropylene, acid free, resealable sleeve with a white backing board. Edges are excellent if not, in perfect condition. No creasing, no rips, no stains, no signs of being handled. My research of this item justifies the cost. This is a great item for collectors.

To avoid fraudulent claims, a picture of the item will be taken just before it is packaged, along with the name and address of the buyer accompanying it. Along with the invoice will be my signature.

Claims for Returns MUST INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL INVOICE and a picture of any perceived damages. Item MUST be returned in original packaging.
