Payment

Shipping

1. We accepted International order. 
2. We will ship out the item within 1 business days after clearance of payment.
3. U.S. customers will use E-package shipment, you can receive the parcel in 7-12 days with tracking number.
4. Non-U.S. customers. All shipment will directly send via regular airmail. It usually takes 10-25 business days. Due to variation of postage servicesin difference areas, some areas may take (20-60 days), such as : Italy, Russian Federation, Chile, Argentina, Thailand, even though we ship items via Airmail.
5. We accept UPS, DHL, EMS, TNT. If you want to change the method of shipment. Please contact us.

Return

1. To Return an item you must contact us and take photos of your item to clearly show any damage or unusual aspects of it.
2. Approved returns will be subject to inspection on arrival. Items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging.
3. All shipping and handing charges are non-refundable.
4. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will cover the cost if sending replacement/repaired items.
5. Within 7 days after receiving your products, we offers a no-hassle 7 day exchange/replace only if your items are found to be defective by manufacturer.
