IMPORTANT If you are purchasing under time constraints, please message BEFORE you purchase and I will let you know if we can get your parcel out to you same day. If that is the case you should receive it within three days via the usual courier. However this isn’t guaranteed, - I can’t always offer to do this, and there is only one courier pickup each day from where I live

Please be aware that, if you need a guaranteed and/or timely delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery, DPD Next Day, or First Class Signed For and this is not the quoted service on the listing, this will ALWAYS incur an extra postage charge and I will amend the listing before you pay to reflect this. I CANNOT ORGANISE PAID EXPEDITED DELIVERY POST PURCHASE.

Nearly everything I sell is new, or new with damaged packaging. (All exceptions will be noted in descriptions.)

DESCRIPTIONS

I include basic descriptions of each item but I’m afraid the high volume of items that we post precludes being able to add more detailed descriptions. if you require specific info please message as we are always happy to provide.

COMBINING POSTAGE

I will combine postage on multiple items but only WHEN PURCHASED SIMULTANEOUSLY ON ONE ORDER so that each item is registered to the eBay tracking number. There is no exception to this, owing to previous fraudulent claims regarding unreceived goods.

U.K. DELIVERY

I use InPost courier services booked via eBay Packlink as this is a fully trackable service linked directly by Ebay to your purchase and therefore eliminates any fraudulent claims for non-receipt of goods.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All items are sent via the Global Shopping Programme, unless specifically mentioned

DISPATCH TIMES

Please bear in mind that we are not Amazon! I am a one-person business based in a very rural area with only one courier pick up a day from a location a twenty mile round trip from my storage unit.

However, the majority of items are processed and packaged within a 2-3 day window and sent via a 3 day courier service (this keeps your costs down). Ebay always puts an estimated delivery window in listings using this info. Please check this delivery date before messaging re: supposed late deliveries

Please note that some valuable items will only be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and this will be noted on the listing

PACKAGING

All items are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, we try to re-use and recycle packaging, utilise newspaper for padding where necessary, and purchase biodegradable paper, packing tape and bubble wrap where possible to reduce our environmental footprint.

ISSUES

If you feel an item does not match its description, or you are unhappy in any way, please message as soon as you receive your item so that we can discuss any issues.

I’m afraid we cannot deal with complaints beyond a two day window from delivery, owing to fraudulent returns.
