These well-designed Paella Pans are made in the UK from Carbon Steel, the most traditional material used for making these kinds of pans, and it is preferred for its great conductivity and ability to withstand cooking over high heat.

Design for busy professional kitchens, these pans are extremely durable and relatively lightweight therefore easy to move, manoeuvre and carry.

Made in England

The pans can be used on induction hobs, as well as on all other heating sources. These pans can be used in an oven and also perfect for the BBQ

Carbon Steel products are not safe to be used in dishwashers. Hand wash only. Always make sure the pans are dry thoroughly

Pans made from Carbon Steel can reach high temperatures and hold the heat well, making them perfect for searing, browning and grilling.

CARE & USAGE
We would recommend a gentle wash before use and then to season as below or by using your preferred method. Heat the pan on high heat, then add 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, use paper towels to evenly spread the oil over the interior of the pan. Using the same oily paper towels, very lightly wipe the exterior of the pan (if you have a glass cooktop, do not oil the exterior flat bottom of the pan). Then, with a clean paper towel, wipe off all excess oil from the interior and exterior of the pan. Place the pan back on the burner at medium-high heat for approximately 25 minutes or until the pan appears to be dry inside and out. Your Ultimate Carbon pan is now ready to use. Always store the pan in a dry place to avoid the pan rusting. If light rust spots do occur, they can be removed with a scourer. The seasoning process should then be repeated before further use. The cooking of acidic food, such as tomatoes, may produce staining. If this occurs the pan should be re-seasoned. Hand wash only

Hand wash only. Do not soak. Dry completely.
