What's included? - We list everything that is included with an item. If it isn't listed then it won't be included. For instance if we list a printer and state printer comes with a power supply. It will come with a power supply but no other connection cables. The majority of the items that we sell are second hand / second user items and as such we aren't always able to supply all the cables, drivers cds etc that would normally come with a brand new item. To avoid disappointment please get in touch if you are in any doubt as to what is included.

Returns - Returns are accepted of course. If you receive an item that doesn't live up to its item description, that doesn't work or that has some other issue / fault with it please get in touch asap. I am happy to accept returns of all items but please note unless otherwise arranged the buyer will be responsible for all return postal costs. Unless otherwise stated we offer a 14 day no hassle return policy for peace of mind that also more than complies with distance selling regulations.
