Key Features

The Cisco Unified IP Phone 7945G is a full-featured IP phone with speakerphone and handset designed for wideband audio. It is intended to meet the needs of transaction-type workers with significant phone traffic. It has two programmable backlit line/feature buttons and four interactive soft keys that guide you through all call features and functions. The phone has a large, color LCD that provides features such as date and time, calling party name, calling party number, digits dialed, and presence information. The crisp graphic capability of the display allows for the inclusion of higher value, more visibly rich Extensible Markup Language (XML) applications, and support for localization requiring double-byte Unicode encoding for fonts. A hands-free speakerphone and handset designed for hi-fidelity wideband audio are standard on the Cisco Unified IP Phone 7945G, as is a built-in headset connection and an integrated Ethernet switch.

Shipping

We are offering flat rate shipping via ground service for US customers.  For international shipping, Fedex economy service is our standard service but we can ship USPS also.  International buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties they may incur.  All items are professionally boxed and shipped within 24 hours.  Most orders received by 2pm Central time will ship the same day.  Expedited shipping services offered via Fedex overnight, two day and saver.  Please call or email for a price quote.

Returns

If for some reason you want to return the item you purchased, please call for a RMA number.  Any new items must be returned in the original package with all accessories included.  Please double box to prevent the box from being damaged.  All items must be returned complete with all accessories and in the same condition it was shipped out in.  Once we receive the item(s) back, we will inspect and issue a refund within 48 hours.

Repair services – If you have Cisco phones in need of repair or refurbishing services, please let me know and I will get you a repair quote.  All repairs have a 1-year warranty and phones are generally received, repaired and sent back out within 7-10 business days.
