Zemaitis has introduced a new metal front model "MFG-AC-22" with engraved decoration on the top.
The MFG-AC-22 is a single cutaway original body style, with selected African mahogany for the body and neck and ebony for the fingerboard. 635mm scale, set neck joint, medium size 22 frets. The body top is made of aluminum alloy. The aluminum alloy plate on the top of the body is fully decorated with a Zemaitis-like leaf pattern engraving and the words "A. C. ZEMAITIS SINCE 1955" are engraved on it, indicating its tradition.
It is equipped with a bridge and tailpiece made of Zemaitis' original aluminum alloy, an element that creates Zemaitis' unique tone. The head diamond emblem, truss rod cover, tailpiece and pickup rings, as well as the output jack plate and control and switch back plate, are also made of aluminum alloy and are engraved.
Two metal-covered Dragon Classic humbuckers are mounted on the pickups, and the controls are the well-known CTS pots, with each pickup volume and each pickup tone layout. A Switchcraft 3-way pickup selector switch is provided, and the tone capacitor uses an orange drop. A treble bleed circuit is also introduced to ensure that the tone is the same as at full volume when the volume is turned down. In addition, highly reliable Gotoh tuners are used. Lacquer finish is used, and two colors, natural and black, are available.
