Vintage German Hand Painted Small Boy with Flute and His Dog Figurine - looks like the dog is singing with his master

The back stamp was used from 1952 - mid 1960's, by the Carl Schneiders Erben Factory in Grafenthal.  It is a pair of open scissors with the words Hand Painted Under Glaze, the numbers 18 & 59 which represents the year the factory started.  The word "Foreign" is impressed which means it was for export, and the numbers 20949(?)- probably a mold number.

Size: 11cm tall, 7cm long and 4cm wide.
