Inner hole made with the precision drills & H7 reamer.
- Lowest disbalance of all the pulleys on market due to low diameter of fitting screws and their appropriate lenght (the same screw weight as weight of drilled-out steel)
- Tight fit on the motor shaft without heat pressing
Why is steel better than brass in this case?
- No chemical reaction with the roller gum (steel is most chemically inert in comparison with the brass) so the roller will retain its geometry and dimensions much more longer.
- No electrochemical reaction with the motor shaft's steel (we use the same material to avoid both shaft and pulley corrosion)
- Steel is much more resistant to wear than brass, so the pulley will retain its geometry and dimensions much more longer.
