ACER WLAN 11G USB Dongle WLAN-G-US1 For older Windows Laptops
We had an Acer laptop back in the early 2000's so auume it came with that.
This was still sealed but I opened it to try and find the data rate on the body, I couldn't though.
I found a site that shows model A01 as up to 54mbps this is model A00

Probably requires Windows XP, not sure of other operating systems compatibility
