Vintage Lido "Rope Skipping Bear" animated toy.

The item is in very good physical condition, the bear is supposed to jump the rope but it does somersaults across the room instead. I do not know if I started the rope position out wrong or if the bottom popper malfunctions but the somersaults are pretty cool.
