SHIPPING
We require immediate payment through Paypal or Ebay payment platform. Shipments are always sent out within 3 business days of purchase, the cutoff being 5pm MDT. In the rare occasion that our showroom is closed and your item is unable to be shipped within the 3 business days we will contact you after we receive notification of your purchase.
We use USPS priority mail. If you need your item expedited or any specific requests, please message us prior to making payment. US post office estimates between 2-5 business days for priority mail. For international sales, we use eBay's Global Shipping Program which calculates the import taxes, customs and delivery charge on their end. We are not able to calculate the cost for you on our end but you can go through the checkout process to see the total fee (before giving payment). Insurance is HIGHLY recommended on items over $100 as we are not responsible for misplaced items, or items damaged en route in the care of the post office.
We pack each item by hand with the utmost care and extra cushion protection within the box or envelope. All of our packaging is 100% recycled.
