We are a large graphic design company so we can design and print to order in-house therefore

We print on top quality 200gsm satin paper - this is what we also print large corporate advertising poster campaigns on. We use the very latest digital technology printing at 1440dpi therefore you are receiving a top quality printed banner. As these are paper banners they can be easily affixed to surfaces using double sided tape/blue tack/tacks etc.
If specifically required we can supply external vinyl banners (for outdoor use) with hems and eyelets on 500gsm gloss vinyl and the additional cost of this is £15.00 and 2 days is required for the production of these due to the additional process of hemming and eyeleting.

DELIVERY:
As we print these in-house we can usually print and despatch same day if the order is received prior to noon/midday. Orders after this time will be despatched the following Working Day subject to PROOF APPROVAL/receipt of relevant information.
Sturdy Strong Postal Tubes are Used for the Protection of Your Banner During Delivery (this is also why the postal cost is more than just cost of delivery).
Hermes delivery is used as standard (approx 3-5 working day delivery time), or you can upgrade to one of the express delivery options from the drop down menu. Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days by the courier companies and incur a surcharge if required.

DAMAGE:
If you when you receive your item it is damaged - please forward photographic evidence of the packaging and item immediately to our direct email so we can then instigate a claim with the relevant delivery company and supply a replacement if applicable. Claims need to be processed within 48 hours so it is imperative that we are notified immediately.

CMYK/RGB NOTES:
If you design in RGB and convert to CMYK, no matter what conversion settings you use, your colours will shift when converted to CMYK for printing purposes. RGB has a much wider colour gamut than CMYK. There are millions more colours available on screen than can be mixed using four inks. Any out of gamut colours will be estimated to something that is within the printable range. If you are using bright colours on screen, specifically greens, blues and purples you are probably going to be disappointed. This applies whether you are converting final images in Photoshop or exporting a PDF with print settings. RGB is coloured light, CMYK is coloured ink. Any screen shows RGB because it has to. There is no ink in your monitor. However, a good calibrated monitor will show simulated CMYK. Working in CMYK mode will not display electric blues or radioactive greens. The final printed result will be much closer to what you see on screen. Therefore it is essential that your artwork is supplied in CMYK format as we cannot be held responsible for colour changes if we are required to convert to CMYK to print your artwork.
