LOT of 4 IRF1404 TO-220 4mΩ 202A 333W
Or mysterious TO-220 8

This listing has two variations. Make sure you choose correctly.

You can pick cheap 8mΩ (Rds = 0.008 Ohm) 40V TO-220 MOSFETs which seem to be very popular. They were cheap and from a Chinese seller and that's how I ended up with them. They say IRF1404 on them. I don't know if there even are any real IRF1404 MOSFETs available on eBay from Asia. When I see 80 sold I wonder how many people had repairs or projects fail and don't realize why.

Or you can pick real 4
mΩ (Rds = 0.004 Ohm) IRF1404 MOSFETs. My current stock is from Infineon so they won't look like the older real IRF1404 stock that was used in the picture. That stock is sold out. I believe that anything IRF1404 being sold for less than $0.50 per unit is almost guaranteed to be in some way defective or fake, unless it is not properly priced by an inexperienced seller.

You can use the make offer system if you would like a different quantity. Combined shipping is discounted bigly.

IRF1404 is the most common MOSFET used in 12V power inverters. Of course some surrounding components often need to be fixed as well else the replacement IRF1404s will just burn out again.

Shipping:
Shipping is from Illinois. I can usually ship the next day. I am willing to combine all shipping! If there is a Buy it Now or Best Offer item, you can offer 1 cent lower and I'll accept, then you'll get an invoice and a shipping quote from me so you can pay later for all your items at once instead of being forced to pay right away for Buy it Now items as eBay now makes you do. Contact me for International shipping to get a shipping quote. You are responsible for all duties. If it gets lost in the mail internationally and the tracking number shows that it has disappeared, I am not responsible.

Only USPS can ship to P.O. boxes!

Returns:
Returns accepted after 14 days. You pay return shipping. If the item is listed as working and it is broken, then I pay return shipping.

Payment:
Paypal or a check or whatever else you want but I can't process charge cards directly without PayPal.
