This listing is for a Software House APC Access Door Controller. It's mounted in an enclosure with wiring diagram on the inside of the door, it has the main board (marked Sensormatic ADC, AS-0100-000, with a tag listing it as AMI AS0100-016MB Rev. WO), an expansion board (Sensormatic Tyco Star Coupler AS-0020-00), and a power supply. I believe with the main board and the expansion board it will monitor 16 doors. Between the main board and the expansion board, they are missing 6 of the output screw terminal blocks. When powered with 120V, the board clicks on, LEDs power up, goes through initialization and then gets solid green LED for power on, Blinking Green LED listed as program heartbeat 1 second toggle, and solid yellow LED for offline (no inputs hooked up during test). No further testing performed. Retired from a working environment following an upgrade. The power supply board was bent from its' standoffs during removal and will need to be remounted in the enclosure securely. The listing is for all three boards and the enclosure, this should be a plug and play door access solution for your facility!
