The ENVE SES 4.5 is the most versatile all around aero rim depth ENVE offers and is incredibly lightweight for the aero depth. Perfect for road, time trial, hill climbs, cyclocross or even the track. 

When ENVE Composites develops carbon rims, the intent is to develop professional level performance wheels that are can be ridden every day and in all conditions. ENVE partnered with F1 aerodynamicist Simon Smart to develop the rim shapes, depths and widths that best match the all around purpose of each model of ENVE wheels.

SES 4.5 mates a 48mm deep front rim with a 56mm deep rear to provide maximum aerodynamic and handling performance characteristics. Whether you are cruising on the flats, climbing or descending, the SES 4.5 wheel system is capable of producing very low drag numbers similar to competing 60mm+ deep wheels while creating a higher stability in windy conditions.

ENVE carbon rims are proven proprietary molded 100% in Utah, USA with continual UD fibers, molded spoke holes and brake track utilizing the latest in resin technology for maximum strength, heat dissipation and braking modulation in wet or dry conditions.
