Disc 9: Turtles in Space

Season 2, Episode 1: Turtles in Space, Part 1 - The Fugitoid
Following the events of the previous episode, the turtles disappear and were sent to an unknown end of the galaxy....

In an unknown red planet called D'Hoonnib, one white and silver robotic figure with green eyes and mouth named Fugitoid running away from Federation troops as he ended up in a dead end. Suddenly, the turtles reappear in an alley in the city of Peblak, on the planet D'hoonib, where they find themselves smack dab in the middle of a confrontation between the robot Fugitoid and a platoon of General Blanque’s Federation soldiers! A fight breaks out between the Turtles and the laser gun blasting soldiers, a fight that the Turtles win, but just as it looks like the coast is clear, reinforcement soldiers begin to arrive. Our heroes decide to beat a hasty retreat via a hole in the wall created by the Fugitoid. Chased by the approaching soldiers, our gang find themselves on a rooftop, where the only means of escape is to jump off of the building and into a passing garbage truck.

We cut to our first glimpse of General Blanque, in his command
centre, who is furious that his soldiers have failed to capture the Fugitoid. The officer orders his men to find the Fugitoid and its allies, the Turtles.

We cut back to the TMNT and the Fugitoid, who have safely exited the garbage truck and have now realized, with mounting anxiety, that they are in a galaxy far, far away. Leonardo surmises that they're too far, far away from their Master Splinter, who remains trapped back on Earth in that weird alien bio-suspension unit in the TCRI building. Our heroes don't have time to commiserate – as a platoon of Federation soldiers show up… with a tank!

The Turtles and their new ally the Fugitoid escape into Peblak’s ultra-clean sewers, unseen by the soldiers. As the guys marvel at the cleanliness of their surroundings, Mikey spots an odd sight - a turtle-like sensei leads a group of four bipedal, masked and bandaged rodents through the sewer! Since things are quiet in the sewer, the Fugitoid explains his origin: The droid explains that it was once a man named Professor Honeycutt, the most brilliant scientist on D’Hoonnib. General Blanque wanted Honeycutt to build the Teleportal device, a machine capable of transporting beings from planet to planet as a way to promote peace. The General, of course, wanted to use the Teleportal device as a weapon, therefore Honeycutt refused to build it and instead focused his efforts on the Mentawave device, a gadget that enhanced brain power and allowed the wearer to manipulate objects with their mind.

One dark and stormy night, the professor, while wearing the Mentawave device, went outside to try to disentangle his worker robot Sal from some cables, when the two of them are struck by lightning. The electrical blast consumed the professor’s body and killed him, but somehow it interacted with the Mentawave device and transferred the man's mind into Sal’s robotic body!

This unfortunate occurrence was witnessed by General Blanque, who was very pleased with the result, for robots have no rights, meaning that the officer could forcibly remove the Teleportal plans from the robot's computerized brain! Thus Professor Honeycutt, in his new form, fled from the General and his army and became known as the Fugitoid. Thanks to Varlesh, he was able to escape Blanque's soldiers.

The Turtles, no mental slouches themselves, realize that such a device could get them home. However, before going further with this train of thought, the reason for the ultra-cleanliness of Peblak’s sewers becomes clear: a horrific sweeping, grinding, object-eating monster of a machine comes bearing down on them!

The Turtles and the Fugitoid disable the machine, thanks to Don’s knowledge of all things mechanical.

Cut to General Blanque’s command
centre where the General’s trusted aide, Lonae, is working at a computer console and detects our heroes in the sewer. Blanque orders all units to the sewer. The military leader then rants about what he’ll do to the Federation’s enemies once he gets the Fugitoid to build the Teleportal device… and how bad it would be if these same enemies ever got wind of the device’s existence.

Back to the Turtles, who unwittingly head topside to the surface where soldiers and tanks await. Raph commandeers a Federation hover tank. Elsewhere, Mikey has gone off on his own to get some food. The Turtle finds a bag of chips, but he's found by a group of Federation soldiers, who open fire on the dejected ninja. Michelangelo is eventually trapped by several soldiers, and then a hover tank arrives on the scene. Things look pretty grim for the terrapin jokester.

The hover tank drops its turret and smashes it into the soldiers, sending them flying. The hull door pops open and Raph sticks his head out smiling, telling his brother to climb aboard. Raphael then picks up the rest of the team and they fly down the streets. Leonardo asks Raph if he couldn't have found something less conspicuous, but Raphael states that they couldn't be any safer - and he's right - until the pilot of the stolen vehicle spots his ride and a squadron of hover tanks take off and attack the Turtles. The Fugitoid jacks itself into the tank’s computer system and takes control of the weaponry in the nick of time. Our heroes manage to destroy the tanks pursuing them, but now a legion of soldiers are in on the hunt. The Turtles' tank is shot be the infantry and it blows up! But not to worry: ninja stealth is at work and our boys and the Fugitoid have escaped again! Blanque screams for their heads, again!

Cut to a condemned Peblakian warehouse. Lonae, Blanque’s so-called “trusted aide,” enters the structure and receives a payoff from an agent of the Federation’s enemies. Lonae has accepted a box full of jewels from the Triceraton Commander Mozar in exchange for information about the Teleportal device.

TO BE CONTINUED...

Season 2, Episode 2: Turtles in Space, Part 2 - The Trouble with Triceratons
Open on a night street scene in the city of Peblak as Federation Hover Tanks scour the city searching everywhere with their spotlights. Federation ground troops march the streets, also seeking the Fugitoid and his companions. In the shadows we see the four Turtles and the Fugitoid, the objects of the Federation’s search parties.

Cut to the command
centre of General Blanque, where he's ordering his trusted aid, Lonae, to put the word out to capture the Fugitoid alive… and to kill the “alien green life forms” (the Turtles). Lonae moves off and then fires up a com link with the Triceraton leader General Mozar, hustling him for more money, telling him info that may lead to the capture of the Fugitoid and thus the Fugitoid’s much wanted Teleportal device.

Back in the city, the Turtles and the Fugitoid are on the bad side of the alien town. Donning disguises they take from nearby clothes lines, our heroes enter a very rough looking bar, the Spaceport Inn. Mike, forced to dress as an alien woman as there were no other outfits available, finds himself to be the
centre of an alien trucker’s amorous intentions. The suitor paws Mikey, and the ninja loses his cool and kicks the romantically inclined alien in the face, sending him flying. This, of course, blows our heroes cover: an alien cook puts in a call to General Blanque’s command centre. Lonae then passes the same info on to the Triceraton, Commander Mozar.

Suddenly Federation troops burst into the Spaceport Inn looking for the Fugitoid and the TMNT...

Throwing off their disguises, the Turtles battle the Federation troops. After an intense fight, an explosion rips through the bar and leaves a gaping hole in one of the walls. Through the smoke and dust, we see General Mozar arrive with a host of Triceraton warriors! A big blaster battle ensues! Seeing that it is best to flee, the Turtles try to make their escape, but the Fugitoid is captured by the Triceraton soldiers and hauled off! Donatello gets an idea - he takes a blaster and sets it to overload and then places it beneath a table. Donny calls for his brothers to join him, and they all dodge laser fire to leap onto the table. The blaster soon explodes, rocketing the table up into the air and out of the bar! Our heroes crash land in the streets and recover in time to see the Triceratons make their getaway in a Triceraton Air Car, with the Fugitoid in tow!

The TMNT spot a rickety old air car with sidecar attachment and, thanks to Don’s skill with machinery, manage to fire it up and fly off in pursuit of the Triceraton Air Car (although the ride is anything but smooth).

Meanwhile, General Blanque has ordered his Federation troops to do the same.

The Turtles then find themselves being pursued by three Triceratons riding air scooters, who fire on our heroes with lasers. Having no weaponry, Don flies their air car through a D'Hoonnibian forest and manages to bob and weave between the vegetation while one of the Triceraton vehicles crashes into a tree. The Turtles also use whatever they can as weapons: Leo cuts out a seat and flings it at a pursuing Triceraton craft, successfully knocking it out of the sky. Mikey begins randomly punching buttons on the side car - much to Donatello's dismay. Don orders his brother to stop touching the shiny buttons, but Mikey only grins and states that something cool might happen. Mike has no such luck however, as his actions cause the sidecar to disengage from the vehicle! Mikey begins to free fall as the last remaining Triceraton close in on the Turtles air car and fires a shot into its engines! The jig is up for our heroes, as their craft begins to plummet towards the ground! Somehow, Mike manages to get free from the sidecar and skydive into the vehicle with his brothers, while the sidecar he was in crashes into the last flying Triceraton warrior! Meanwhile, the Turtles continue their plummet towards the earth...

…but Don manages to crash land them safely. Leonardo has a fit of guilt for failing in their mission, but Donatello reveals that he had placed a “turtle tracker” onto the Fugitoid. The Turtles make their way through the alien forest, hear the sounds of battle, and come upon a Triceraton base... which is under attack by Federation troops! Laser fire is everywhere, and Do states that their ally, the Fugitoid, is inside the Triceraton bunker. The Triceratons suddenly retreat into their base, but Raph manages to get inside before the doors slam shut. The red tempered Turtle meets some resistance inside, but he uses a blaster to force them into retreat. Raphael then opens the doors long enough for his brothers to get inside. The TMNT search the immediate area, wondering way there's a cargo bay inside a bunker.

The bunker begins to tremble, and Don realizes it's not a bunker, but a Triceraton spaceship! The Triceraton ship exists the planet, and Mozar orders the usage of ion burn to break free from Federation blockade. The ship leaves D'Hoonnib and Turtles witness they are in space. Suddenly, the hull of the ship breaks, and all air is sucked out. The Turtles block the hole with crates, but then find themselves without air. Leo tells his brothers to save their breath, despite Mikey's panicking. As other three turtles scream "SAVE YOUR BREATH!!", the ship flies into the unknown.

Season 2, Episode 3: Turtles in Space, Part 3 - The Big House
The Triceraton space cruiser jumps through hyper space and docks with a much larger mother ship. The Fugitoid is taken to a meeting with Commander Mozar, who informs the mechanical inventor that the Triceratons plan to get the design for the Teleportal device one way or another. Meanwhile, back on the space cruiser, the Turtles are discovered by a clean up crew. Our heroes managed to survive in the atmosphere-free chamber by sitting in the lotus position and practicing Chi Gong (internal breathing). Mikey takes a deep breath of what he expects to be fresh oxygen, but he discovers that the Triceratons breathe different gases than we Earthlings do, specifically a "hearty" mixture of Nitrogen and Sulfur. Our heroes all gasp for breath while they're taken prisoner, but to show the Triceratons are not heartless, the guards give each of the turtles an atmospheric converter, allowing them to breathe.

The mother ship blasts off into hyper space and arrives near the Triceraton Homeworld. Mozar escorts Fugitoid to the Triceraton High Council, where they come before Prime Leader Zanramon. The saurian statesman tries to appeal to the Fugitoid to make the Teleportal device by pretending to be peaceful, but the Fugitoid refuses to build them the machine. Just then a report comes in about the captive TMNT. Fugitoid asks how his friends could have gotten here, and Zanramon spots his angle. The Prime Leader threatens to kill the captive Turtles unless the Fugitoid agrees to build the Teleportal!

The Turtles are taken to a Triceraton prison, newly-outfitted with breathing apparatus. Our heroes are handcuffed and tattooed before being lead to their cell. Later, the group is escorted to lunch, and Mikey accidentally bumps into a menacing alien named Rynokk, who is enraged by being touched. A fight almost erupts, but Rynokk is content to stalk off after Mikey apologizes. Another alien prisoner named Sleeg advises the guys not to mess with Rynokk. Sleeg explains to the TMNT how the Big House operates as they file through the lunch line. We see Rynokk taking bribes from other prisoners in the form of dessert. Mikey states that no one is going to eat his dessert as he dumps a heaping pile of a gooey substance into his bowl and then takes a huge bite of it. Sleeg looks aghast and explains that Mike has just eaten floor wax (the poor ninja was standing by the wrong machine when he filled his plate). Mikey's eyes bulge and he dashes for a nearby garbage can, where he loses his lunch. Only for Sleeg to explain that what Mikey thought was a garbage can was actually the salad bar. Sleeg shrugs innocently.

Cut to Fugitoid, who is completely agonized over the decision of giving his weapon to the Triceratons. Agonized and frustrated, Fugitoid grunts in anger and frustration and starts furiously knocking the items of teleportal and starts complaining over how he created the teleporter.

Back to the Turtles in their cell, where Leo reveals that he was able to steal some spoons. Raph has taken a metal cup and Don got some of the floor wax... all Mikey got was sick, but he picks up a rock from the cell floor and displays it to his disappointed brothers. Mikey is disappointed that Donnie has to use floor wax for their plan (since he still holds a grudge against it for making him gag and throw up). The guys begin making their plans for escape. Don combines the floor wax with some dirt and liquid and illustrates that the combination creates an unstable, but effective smoke bomb. Leo declares that they'll break out that night.

Later, in the cafeteria, Don plants his smoke bomb, timing it to go off in about six hours. Unfortunately, Rynokk still continues to demand the food from other alien prisoners. Rynokk then walks up to Raph. Rynokk demands Raph to give his food to him. Raph refused and he put up a fight. At first the prisoners cheer for Rynokk, but Raph wins the early exchanges and the crowd takes his side. The Triceraton prison guards stand by and watch, figuring it will be great for the games. Raph jumps onto the end of a table, sending it shooting upwards into Rynokks jaw, knocking out the brute. The guards, amazed by Raphael's abilities, have enough with the fight and they use their remote control to send electrical charges through the hand cuffs and subdue Raph. He orders his men to take Raph to solitary confinement.

Back in their cell, Leonardo draws a map on the ground and explains that their escape plan will still work they'll just have to rescue Raph on their way out. Now all they need is a distraction so they can get one of the guards' remote control key cards. Leo and Don decide that Mikey should get sick the way Mikey got sick in the cafeteria. Mikey did not want to do that again. Leo and Don were having none of it, so they decided to hold Mikey down and force him to eat more floor wax.

Leonardo begins calling to the guards, and they eventually arrive to investigate. Leo tells them that Mike is very sick, and one guard states that this trick won't work and lifts Mikey up by his arm. Mikey's eyes and cheeks bulge, and he vomits on the guard's face. The angry Triceraton slaps Mikey to the ground and the guards stalk off. Leo asks Don if he managed to get the key card during the distraction, and Don says he thought Leo was going to do it! Fortunately, Mikey coughs up the remote control, which he somehow managed to swallow. Donatello is disgusted by this, so he uses his foot to control the device, opening doors and freeing our heroes from the hand cuffs and tattoos.

The guys head out to look for Raph. Don is figuring out which door he'll be locked behind and opens one with the key card, but it turns out to be a janitor's closet. The turtles then decide to use cleaning tools as their weapons. Then they look for Raph‘s cell once more. The next door is Raph's cell, and the four brothers are united once again. When Raph sees that his brother have cleaning tools as weapons, he asks if they saved him a weapon. Leo gives him the spoons he had taken from the cafeteria earlier. Raph may not be impressed with the spoons, but did not put an argument. He just shrugs, takes the spoons, and follows his brothers.

Cut to Prime Leader Zanramon telling the Fugitoid that his time’s up: since he hasn't begin to build the Teleportal, one of his Turtle friends is going to be executed. However, when the Prime Leader turns on the video screen of the Turtles cell, he discovers that they've escaped! The smoke bomb in the cafeteria goes off, and the Triceratons sound their alarms.

Cut to Turtles emerging from prison’s drainage system… the guys are excited to be outside of the facility, but they're immediately discovered by a group of Triceraton guards.

A brawl ensues. Gun-toting Triceraton guards versus Turtles, armed only with their makeshift janitorial weapons. Although they fight well, our heroes are eventually gunned down with stun lasers and hauled off in a space cruiser to another mother ship. The TMNT have been taken to “the games” – the prison’s fight Arena. The Turtles are escorted inside at gunpoint and when the Arena door opens, they see a gigantic purple monster waiting for them!

Season 2, Episode 4: Turtles in Space, Part 4 - The Arena
Two Triceraton sports announcers, Raz and Zed, introduce us to the Tri-Sports Arena "Games." And the first event: the four TMNT vs a Spasmosaur. The monster's tough, rubbery hide proves to be a big problem for our heroes and the battle does not go well for them.

Cut to Zanramon and the Fugitoid watching the fight. Zanramon tells the 'bot that the fate of the TMNT lies in his hands - if he doesn't agree to build the Teleportal for the Triceraton empire, the Turtles will perish in the arena. Fugitoid is agonized over the decision, but he steadfastly refuses to build the machine.

Back to the arena, where the Turtles determine that fighting the beast is futile, so Leo orders a retreat. Initially Raph refuses to run, but as his brothers create a cloud of dust and the gigantic creature closes in, the hot-headed ninja sees the better part of
valour and follows his siblings. The TMNT run headlong down an alley that has a gigantic statue of Zanramon towering over the end of the path. The Spasmosaur is in hot pursuit, but at the last moment, Leo orders his team to jump onto the wall and the ninjas catapult themselves backwards over their pursuer. The monster crashes into the wall, sending debris flying. The force of the collision rocks the giant statue and it falls on top of the Spasmosaur, crushing it and taking it out of commission.

Inside, the Fugitoid does a happy dance to celebrate his friends' victory. Zanramon is not so pleased. The Turtles are then beset by laser-toting Triceraton guards in flying harnesses, who force our heroes backwards until they fall into a pit that has silently opened in the middle of the arena.

The Turtles land in a pile of hay and are now locked up in a slave pen with other gladiators of various races - surprisingly, one is a Triceraton named Traximus. The slavers arrive, lead by the corpulent Gruell, a cruel task master that utilizes an electric whip to keep the gladiators in line. Gruell orders the Turtles to become "practice dummies" so the other warriors can practice their moves - the slaver orders the ninjas to not use their hands. The TMNT comply with this order and are attacked by their fellow slaves - but the ninjas aren't about to take punishment without a fight, so they use their ninjutsu skills and teamwork to kick and dodge their opponents into submission. This strategy angers Gruell, who uses his whip on Raph and orders the Turtles to stop cooperating - but the temperamental Turtle manages to disarm the task master and informs him that they always fight as a team. Gruell, in a panic due to being disarmed, offers extra portions for their next meal to any gladiators that can defeat the TMNT.

The warriors attack with renewed vigor. Traximus faces off with Leonardo, and the mutant quickly defeats his saurian foe. Traximus tells Leonardo to do him a favor and finish him off, but Leo sheaths his weapons and instead helps Traximus stand up. Don, Raph and Mikey also win their battles and the TMNT earn the respect of the gladiators - but by now Gruell and his guards have regrouped and they get the slaves under control. Later, the Turtles are waiting in line to get gruel from Gruell, their last meal before their epic battle in the arena. However, once the Turtles get to the front of the line, the slave master tells them that there's no food left and they'll have to go hungry. The guys sit at the table and look forlorn (especially Mikey). Leonardo is seated next to Traximus, who takes a portion of his slop and puts in on Leonardo's plate. The Triceraton gladiator tells the ninja Turtle to eat, as he'll need fuel for the upcoming fight. The other gladiators also share their meals with the other Turtles. While everyone eats, Traximus explains why he has been imprisoned and forced to fight as a gladiator. The warrior states that he spoke out against Zanramon and his current regime for putting victory above the rights of individuals, something that Traximus could not abide. His reward for speaking his mind was being tossed into the gladiator pit.

Meanwhile, the Federation’s General Blanque receives a report that Federation agents were able to trace the Triceraton homeworld. Blanque assembles the Federation Battle Fleet and the armada sets off to attack the Triceratons and recapture the Fugitoid.

Back at the Tri-Sports Arena, a huge crowd anxiously awaits the Turtles and their next fight. Zanramon orders Mozar to bring the Fugitoid in so he can watch his friends die. The gladiators are assembled in the pit and given weapons - save for the TMNT, who Gruell refuses to arm. The fighters stand on a platform which begins to rise towards the arena above. On the way, Traximus informs the TMNT that he still has connections with some guards and he was able to get their weapons. The ninjas are overjoyed and Traximus states that the gladiators must stick together (echoing Raph's comment from earlier). Then the warriors enter the arena as the crowd roars.

Prime Leader Zanramon introduces the games, soon the Fugitoid arrives and the Prime Leader announces all gladiators will fight the Turtles to the death. Fugitoid screams "No!" - but to everyone's surprise, Traximus and the others refuse to fight. Zanramon is enraged and orders his guards to siege the gladiators, who are forced into a cell via laser fire. The TMNT stand alone in the arena until Zanramon announces the Triceraton All-Star team, lead by reigning champion Monza Ram. The warriors attack our heroes, but since the TMNT have their weapons, the Triceraton fighters are no match for the ninjas and are quickly dispatched. The crowd roars in approval - but Zanramon merely sneers and gives the TMNT a thumbs down, indicating that they should be killed despite their victory. The audience is not pleased and a chant to let the ninjas live begins. Sensing an opportunity, Don tells his brothers to catapult him into the air. Don launches off of Mikey's nunchakus onto a nearby air car - the brainy Turtle pulls the pilot out and commandeers the vehicle as his brothers hop on. Unfortunately the air car proves to be difficult to fly, and Donny crashes into a wall - fortunately, it's the wall above Zanramon and the Fugitoid!

Our heroes are quickly surrounded by angry Triceraton soldiers, but Leonardo jumps beside Zanramon and holds his blade to the evil leader's throat, ordering his minions to stand down. Zanramon tells the TMNT that they cannot escape, but Raph puts a sai up to his nose and tells him to pipe down. The episode ends with the guards closing in on the Turtles and their captive....

Disc 10: Secret Origins

Season 2, Episode 5: Turtles in Space, Part 5 - Triceraton Wars
Zanramon leads our heroes to the Fugitoid’s lab where the Turtles try to convince the 'bot to build a Teleportal so they can return home to Earth. Fugitoid is reluctant, but agrees to do so if the Turtles promise to destroy him should anything go wrong with their plan (to prevent the Teleportal from falling into their enemies' hands). The TMNT quickly agree and Fugitoid hands Leonardo a small remote control that will scramble his circuits if used. The guys decide that they'll need to get off of the Triceraton ship to build the Teleportal, and Zanramon volunteers the use of his personal space cruiser. The Prime Leader sneakily turns on an intercom while feeding our heroes this information, which is heard by Security Commander Mozar, who assembles a Strike Team to meet the TMNT in the hangar.

The protagonists pilot a hover flatbed through the Tri-ship to the vehicle hangar, when Leonardo spots trouble. The Triceraton Strike Team attacks. Our heroes manage to reach Zanramon's cruiser, and Raph orders the Prime Leader to tell his men to stand down. Zanramon turns to do so, but a stray shot hits the cart, causing the saurian leader to fall to the ground far below. The Turtles and Fugitoid manage to board the cruiser. Fortunately, Fugitoid is equipped to interface with the ship's computers, and he's able to fly the craft out of the mother ship. The Turtles’ cruiser is chased by three Triceraton warriors in flying harnesses. The Fugitoid is able to pilot the cruiser with exacting precision, something that the warriors are unable to do (despite being in much smaller vehicles). Eventually all three pursuers crash into obstacles and the TMNT seem to be safe. Fugitoid remarks that it should be smooth sailing from here, but the cruiser rounds a huge asteroid and runs headlong into a fleet of Triceraton mother ships! A huge squadron of Triceraton craft attack and our heroes are forced to flee into an asteroid field. Once again, Fugitoid's piloting skills (and Raph and Mikey's gunnery skills) save the day and our heroes seem to be safe. Fugitoid again remarks that it should be smooth sailing from here, just as a wormhole opens in front of them and the Federation armada arrives! General Blanque pops up on their command
centre screen and orders the TMNT to hand over the Fugitoid.

The Fugitoid turns the cruiser around and heads back towards the Triceraton fleet. Blanque's forces come face-to-face with the Triceraton ships led by Mozar. Blanque demands to know why Mozar is in neutral space, and Mozar demands to know why Blanque is there, thus the two begin arguing. Blanque smoothly mentions that he knows that the Fugitoid has escaped from the Triceraton Homeworld. In return, Mozar demands to know how he know of Honeycutt's escape, to which Blanque answers that even D'Hoonib has Triceraton Gladiators as their number one rated show. He then asks how the Triceraton commander how discovered this information and Mozar is all too happy to reveal that Blanque's “trusted” aide, Lonae, has been working as a collaborator for the Triceratons. The general orders his men to seize Lonae. A battle erupts between the two warring factions, allowing our heroes to escape in Zanramon's cruiser.

The Fugitoid parks the cruiser on the nearby planet D'Rial and begins building the Teleportal with Don and Raph's help while Mike and Leo remain on board the ship, monitoring space for any sign of their enemies. Eventually the Triceratons and Federation troops realize that their quarry has escaped, and they head out to find them. Unfortunately the fleets discover where our heroes are before the Teleportal has been completed.

Leonardo tries to stall for time by brokering a deal where both sides promise not to use the Teleportal for war. Much to Mikey and Leo's surprise, Blanque and Mozar agree immediately! Leo is taken aback, but he then begins making complicated demands on how the deal will be settled. Both Blanque and Mozar join in on the negotiations, but they secretly prepare for attack. Meanwhile, the Fugitoid, Raph and Donatello finish building the Teleportal - but then the Federation and Triceraton ships attack.

The battle rages. Federation and Triceraton ships land on the asteroid and soldiers bail out and attack. Leo and Mike abandon the cruiser and our heroes enter the Teleportal to test it for the first time - on themselves! Unfortunately, it doesn't work! The guys try to make it back to the cruiser, but it's destroyed, forcing them back inside the Teleportal. The device wasn't built to take punishment, so it too is destroyed, leaving our heroes without any cover. Thinking that all is lost, Fugitoid pleads with Leo to keep his promise and destroy him. Leonardo begins to sweat as he takes out the remote control - but he decides that he can't do it. The Fugitoid reminds him that he gave his word that he would destroy the robot if the plan went awry. Facing his own sense of
honour, Leonardo closes his eyes and his thumb begins to move towards the button on the remote - when suddenly, the entire area is bathed in a glowing light (just like the one back in the TCRI lab at the end of episode 26). Everyone in the area (including Triceraton and Federation soldiers) begins to crumble apart and be teleported away.

Season 2, Episode 6: Secret Origins, Part 1
The Turtles and Fugitoid materialize on T.C.R.I.'s Transmat, followed by four Federation troopers and three Triceraton warriors. Mr. Mortu enters from out of the shadows and pleads for peace, but the Triceratons and Feds open fire on each other in effort to seize the Fugiotid. Utrom guards enter on hover skiffs and use their weapons to freeze the soldiers in stasis fields. With the immediate threat ended, the Turtles prepare to battle the aliens themselves - until a familiar voice calls out to them to stand down. Master Splinter enters the room with two Guardians. Mr. Mortu also arrives and tells an Utrom to teleport the Feds and Triceratons back to their place of origin, and the warriors are zapped away. Splinter explains that the Utroms saved his life and nursed him back to health and then introduces the Turtles to his good friend, Mr. Mortu. The TMNT bow and thank the man for saving their Sensei.

In the background, one wounded Triceraton escapes into the NYC subways, unseen by our heroes and their new friends.

Later, we learn that the Turtles had only been away from Earth for eight hours (although it had been three weeks for them). Mr. Mortu states that the time for secrets has come to an end, and then unzips his exo-suit skin, revealing the Utrom known as Mortu riding within.

Cut outside where we see National Guard tanks and troops arrive on the scene. A spidery robot detaches itself from one of the military trucks and then scuttles towards the T.C.R.I. building. Once the bot has climbed a safe distance up the headquarters, the shell opens to reveal Baxter Stockman’s living, chuckling head!

Mortu leads our heroes to the Utrom's Oracle Pod chamber, a gigantic virtual reality machine that can transmit the Utrom's history directly into the minds of anyone who enters a pod. The Turtles and Splinter enter the chambers for a quick history lesson detailing how the aliens came to be on Earth.

After a brief period of sequencing, our heroes find themselves standing on the deck of an Utrom spaceship piloted by Captain Mortu, who receives instructions from the three Utrom brain-navigators. We also see an evil Utrom prisoner (“the most ruthless criminal the universe has ever known”), who threatens his captors and vows to escape. "Big talk, little slime ball." Raph comments, and much to the fiery mutant's approval, Mortu echoes his statement.

The evil Utrom sabotages the spacecraft!

Later, the Utrom's ship is near the Earth's orbit when alarm systems go off. A stress call comes in to Mortu, informing him that the evil Utrom has escaped! The captain comes face to face with the villain, who short circuits the engines and sends the ship plummeting towards our planet.

Mortu does what he can to land the ship safely, but without navigation systems the captain cannot save the vessel and he's forced to crash land.

Outside T.C.R.I. building, Casey and April are inside the Battle Shell, watching as the National Guard prepare to invade the structure. Jones wants to go warn the Turtles, but April stops him, telling him there's nothing that they can do but wait and hope that the Turtles contact them. Casey reluctantly agrees to stay put.

Back to virtual reality. The Utrom's ship is ruined. Mortu and crew survive, but now they're trapped millions of light years from their homeworld. One of the Utroms reports that their is a structure beyond the next rise. The Turtles, Splinter and Mortu go up a hillside and spot a local village - a Japanese village from 11th century feudal Japan - the birthplace of Bushido and Ninjutsu! Mikey spots an ancient Samurai practicing his moves and pretends to spar with the man. Master Splinter tells his student to show some respect. The jovial Turtle then spots the Samurai's picnic breakfast and tries to grab something to eat - but since this is virtual reality, his continued efforts go to waste. Splinter surmises there is some sort of lesson here as Leo, Raph and Don laugh at their brother.

The aliens realize that Earth technology is too primitive to be of any value in getting them home, thus Mortu decides that they'll just have to wait for technology to develop… no matter how long it takes.

Cut to exterior of T.C.R.I. building as Stockman spider-robot scuttles around seeking the perfect entry point. Once he's satisfied, Baxter warps through the glass and climbs inside.

Back to virtual tour. The Turtles watch as the Utroms devise exo-suits from parts salvaged from the ship.

One brave Utrom climbs into the exo-suit, disguises himself with clothing of the period and then goes for a walk among the locals, who pay him no heed despite his clumsy efforts. Unfortunately, the exo-suit hits a trip wire and falls heavily to the ground - and the evil Utrom arrives! The villain steals the suit and throws the former pilot into the woods.

Back in the real world, the Stockman robot scuttles through the T.C.R.I. building towards the Utrom Oracle Pods.

Inside the virtual tour, we see the Utroms hard at work making more exo-suits. The group is then attacked by a gang of ninjas who are lead by a feudal version of the Shredder! The Turtles are shocked to see their enemy so many years in the past and wonder if he could be the same nemesis that they've been battling - and if so - how long do Utroms live? Overcome with emotion, the TMNT attack the virtual Shredder with no results.

Cut to Baxter, who opens a side panel of the pod mechanism and starts manipulating wires. The evil scientist laughs and reports that his mission has been a success before scurrying off.

Back to feudal Japan, where the Shredder surprisingly acknowledges the presence of our heroes! Stockman has somehow manipulated the Oracle Pod machine to make the virtual events reality for the Turtles! Feudal Shredder heads after the Utroms while ordering some of his Foot to capture the Turtles. The Turtles reach for their weapons only to have them dematerialize! The Shredder spots Mikey right behind him, and viciously strikes him down.

Outside the Oracle Pods, Mortu and Fugitoid see flashing warning lights, indicating that Mikey's vital signs are going critical!

Inside the pod realm, Splinter rushes to Mikey's side and announces that he needs immediate medical assistance! Raph, Don, and Leo form a defensive circle as the Foot ninjas close in on them.

Season 2, Episode 7: Secret Origins, Part 2
The TMNT battle the Foot Soldiers in the virtual (but now all too real) Feudal Japan setting. Splinter instructs Leonardo that it's time to “become shadows” and escape with the injured Michelangelo. Raphael carries Mike to safety while Leo and Don continue fighting to create a distraction. Once Raph has had time to escape, Leonardo and Donatello also elude their foes.

Inside the T.C.R.I. building, Mortu explains to the Fugitoid that it will take time to free the Turtles from the pods, as they have been tampered with.

Back inside the pod world, we see Feudal Shredder approaching a blacksmith. Three men present the villain with a blade made of unknown material. Shredder takes the sword and inserts it into a familiar looking hilt - and we see that it's the Sword of Tengu! The rogue ninja lifts the blade into the air and it pulsates with power. Shredder rewards the smiths for their hard work by zapping them with the weapon. Leonardo has been watching the entire scene and he hurries back to warn his brothers about this new threat.

Leonardo reports his findings to Splinter, Raph and Don tending to an unconscious Mikey. The Sensei is surprised and dismayed with the news that Shredder has just gained possession of the Sword of Tengu.

Outside the Utrom facility, the National Guard forces try to break down the front doors. When the attempt is unsuccessful, the commander orders his men to open fire on the structure. The T.C.R.I. building's
defence systems kick into gear and large armour plates cover all of the windows.

Inside T.C.R.I. headquarters, the Utrom Council informs Mr. Mortu that the facility is under attack. The Fugitoid insists that Mortu save his friends before evacuating the building, and the Utrom leader promises the 'bot that he will.

In the virtual reality of Feudal Japan, the Turtles head off to investigate the sounds of battle while Splinter watches over Mikey. They discover that an old man, young woman and child are being attacked by the Foot soldiers. The woman proves to be an able fighter, but she is sorely outnumbered and needs help. Before our heroes can act, two Guardian ninjas appear and join the fray. The tide of the battle turns, until more Foot arrive. The Turtles jump in and scare off the remaining Foot Clan. Unfortunately they don't get the welcome they expected, as the old man starts screaming that they're kappa goblins and should be destroyed! The two Guardians close in on the "goblins".

Leonardo negotiates peace with the Guardians and Raph mentions the Utroms. The Guardians are shocked that the Turtles know about the Utroms and Don explains that they're in the same mess as the Utroms (stranded in a world not their own) and need the aliens' help. The Guardians state that they'll inform the Utroms of the Turtles wish to meet them and then disappear into the forest.

Meanwhile, Baxter Stockman is still roaming around inside the T.C.R.I. building and now he's gained access to the main computer. The mad scientist shuts down the Utrom
defence systems and then informs the Shredder that he will let him into the building via the basement.

Outside the T.C.R.I. building, the National Guardsmen call in an air strike to breach the
armoured plating. A chopper arrives on the scene and fires on the building with rocket launchers. The blast opens a hole in the armour that had been protecting the front doors, and the soldiers invade the structure.

The Utrom Council informs Mortu that they will have to evacuate the premises via the Transmat immediately. Mortu protests, telling his superiors that they must save the Turtles and Splinter first, but the Council is unmoved and tell Mortu that it is his primary duty to insure the safety of the Utroms. Mortu orders an Utrom to send security bots to meet the invaders while he wishes that the TMNT could somehow discover the Utrom pod fail safe device and free themselves.

Back in the virtual world, Leo, Raph and Don return from their meeting with the Guardians to find that Mikey has fully recovered from his injuries and is busy eating sushi while Master Splinter sits patiently beside him. Raph gives his bro a friendly noogie and the family basks in the good news. Don informs Mikey that the food he's eating isn't real, but the good natured ninja is happy to fill his virtual stomach with virtual food. Splinter contemplates this thought and begins to make an announcement, when the Guardian pair emerge from the woods, followed by an awkward fellow in a long cloak and hat. As the figure gets closer, it opens it's coat and reveals the Utrom inside the Exo-suit, Mortu.

In a basement hallway, the Baxter spider robot opens a door and backs away. Stockman laughs and greets the men entering the facility - none other than the Shredder and some of his Elite Guard!

The Turtles explain their problem to Mortu, who is very intrigued by their story. As our heroes begin to brainstorm a plan of escape with Captain Mortu. Mortu is about to reveal an important detail about the Shredder, when the villain shows up wielding the Sword of Tengu! A huge battle erupts, but the Turtles have a terrible time against the Sword's power. Everyone is hit by a blast and knocked around. Splinter flies into the air and hits a huge rock upon landing, injuring him. Leonardo checks on his Sensei, and Splinter gives a mid-battle lesson in the philosophy of reality and illusion, telling Leonardo that he can use his mind to affect what's happening in their virtual reality. Leo puts it to the test and succeeds in making the Sword of Tengu disappear from Shredder's grasp and reappear in his own hands. Leonardo then wields the blade and uses it to defeat Shredder and the Foot.

Mortu gives the boys an “internal failsafe reset” device to return them to the real world. Leonardo presses the button and our heroes are engulfed in energy. Leo remembers that Mortu had info about the Shredder and asks what it was - Mortu begins to explain, but it's too late and the Turtles exit the virtual world.

We see the TMNT and Splinter climb out of the Utrom Oracle Pods… just in time to face the real/present-day Shredder, Hun, robot Stockman, Elite Guard, and various Foot Ninjas! Everyone is shocked to see Shredder alive despite being beheaded when they last saw him, especially Leonardo, as they are cornered by the villain and his troops.

Season 2, Episode 8: Secret Origins, Part 3
The Shredder and his minions attack the Turtles and the Utroms and faces off with Mortu. As the Turtles and Splinter fight, they overhear Shredder saying that he had anticipated facing the Utroms for ten centuries, and realize that he's the same Shredder from feudal Japan. Leonardo saves an Utrom from an attacking Elite Guard and tosses the alien to Donatello for safe keeping. Michelangelo and Raphael are attacked by the Stockman spider bot - which packs quite a punch! The Shredder gets angry when he sees Stockman fighting and orders him to implement phase four of their plan - Stockman refuses and continues firing at the Turtles, until Shredder activates Stockman's safeguard system which electrocutes the evil brainiac. Forced into painful submission, Stockman heads off towards the Utrom's Transmat. Mortu and the other Utroms rush out to stop Stockman while the Turtles prepare to battle the Shredder and his crew. The evil warlord has other plans and uses a nearby control panel to explode pods and call a portal to the room, which he and his cronies use to escape. The Turtles are trapped in the Utrom Pod room, which is quickly flooding with goop!

The Turtles discover that the pod chamber is a Techno-Organic room - made of living material! Cutting it is ineffective, as it quickly heals itself, but Donatello comes up with a plan. Our heroes begin to pound on the living walls with a specific rhythm that gives the room indigestion - causing it to hurl the Turtles through the ceiling and to safety.

Outside, the National Guard General renews his attack on the T.C.R.I. building and orders his men inside. The soldiers begin combat with the Utrom's security robots. Inside the Battle Shell, as a tribute/gag for fans of the original cartoon series, April dons a yellow jumpsuit to disguise herself a news reporter. O'Neil hands Casey a video camera so he can pose as her cameraman in order for the pair to gain entry into the Utrom HQ.

Inside the T.C.R.I. facility, Mortu and the other Utroms try to protect the Transmat from Stockman, but the Shredder and his minions arrive. The Utroms put up a brief fight, but they're no match for the evil Foot Clan and they're quickly rounded up and forced onto the platform of the teleportation machine. Shredder states he will use the Transmat to beam them somewhere nasty and kill them all. In the nick of time, the Turtles and Splinter arrive. A fight breaks out and Donatello gets another plan. The thoughtful ninja sneaks behind the Transmat and asks the Fugitoid if he's programmed to emulate any sound - fortunately the 'bot can do this, so Don tells him to impersonate the Shredder to order Stockman away from the machine. The Shredder's control over Stockman is voice activated, so when Fugitoid uses the Shredder's voice, the scientist is compelled to listen. Fugitoid orders Stockman to stop working on the Transmat. Shredder angrily tells Baxter not to listen to the Fugitoid. The Fugitoid then tells Stockman to override all voice-controlled protocol, freeing Baxter from Shredder’s control.

Stockman attacks the Shredder, leaping onto his chest and activating deadly energy rays that engulf the pair. The Shredder short circuits and falls - defeated by Baxter Stockman! Hun and the Elite Guard rush to their master's side. Hun lifts the Shredder and growls that they'll be back, and then the Foot turn to run off. However, before they flee, a small electronic device slips from the Shredder's lifeless fingers. It bounces on the floor a few times and then turns itself on. We see that it's a time bomb of some sorts set to go off in ten minutes. Spidery, red lines of energy begin emanating from it and creeping all over the floor and walls. Don rushes to try to stop it, but Mortu yells to him not to touch it, as it's a techno-organic device that contains a virus that could kill him. The bomb has already infected the Utrom headquarters and Mortu explains that the device will cause the entire building to implode when it goes off!

April and Casey try to get info from the General, but he angrily orders them away. The Turtles radio April and Casey and inform them that the building must be evacuated - it's going to disintegrate in six minutes! April informs the commander that she's been informed that a terrorist organization has threatened to blow up the building and it must be vacated immediately. The General gets angry again and tells his men to haul the "reporters" away. Inside, the Utroms begin using the Transmat to teleport themselves home and escape the impending implosion. The first pair to beam out features another tribute/gag for fans of the old series - we see two Utroms walking to the Transmat platform, one complains that he hates walking on his tentacles, and the other says, "Oh, shut up, Krang." The pair and a Guardian Transmat out of there.

Outside, a huge beam of energy bursts through the roof of T.C.R.I. headquarters. The National Guard General looks at April and asks how much time he has to evacuate his men. The general gives the order to vacate the premises and the soldiers retreat. On their way out, one grunt gets a shadowy glimpse of a gigantic, reptilian figure making its way deeper into the building.

Back at the Transmat, the Utrom Council prepares to beam out. They are the last group, everyone else has already beamed back home. Mortu invites Fugitoid to return to the Utrom homeworld, and the scientist is overjoyed at the opportunity to live among a technologically-advanced and peaceful civilization where his work can be utilized for good. The Fugitoid bids farewell to the Turtles and stands on the platform. Mortu gives Master Splinter a gift - a crystalline ball that the Sensei can use to activate the Utrom's collective memory of their time on Earth, memories that include Splinter's master Hamato Yoshi. The sensei focuses for a moment and sees his master training, the two bow to one another and Splinter returns to the present, shedding a grateful tear. Mortu climbs onto the Transmat and Donatello begins punching in the coordinates on the control panel - but just when Don is about to send his friends home, some throwing stars fly through the air and smash into the board, sending sparks flying. Our heroes turn to see that the Shredder has returned with Hun and the Elite Guard!

Shredder vows that he will not be denied his revenge after 1,000 years of waiting. The Foot attack, and the Guardians prepare to defend their masters, but Donatello tells them to stay put and let the Turtles handle this. Shredder attacks, but the combined efforts of the Turtles and Splinter knock the villain back. Hun asks for permission to attack, but Shredder growls that the Turtles are his and orders Hun and the Elite to fetch Stockman, as he can still be useful. Hun and the Elite run off in search for the Stockman robot while Shredder renews his attack on the Turtles. Donatello now has the opportunity to activate the Transmat, and its beam engulfs the Council, Mortu, and the remaining Guardians. Shredder close in effort to prevent their escape, but he's too slow and they disappear. Shredder is livid and states that the Turtles have only been a thorn in his side until now, but since they've destroyed his millennium old plan for revenge, he will now kill them! Shredder attacks and dishes out some punishment to our heroes, but Donatello comes up with yet another plan. He tells his allies to pierce Shredder's
armour, and everyone focuses their efforts on that task. Shredder is left standing with numerous weapons stuck into his armour which sparks with escaping energy. The villain initially shrugs off this strategy as a pointless endeavour, but Donatello tells his nemesis not to be so sure. Don then grabs two wires from inside the Transmat and uses them to create a powerful arc of electrical energy that leaps onto the Shredder's armour and electrocutes him! The Shredder falls to the floor, motionless.

The Turtles wonder if they've finally defeated their enemy, but the suit begins to open up, revealing his true form, the Utrom criminal that caused the Utrom's ship to crash on Earth all those centuries ago! Raph laughs at the Shredder Utrom, surmising that he's not so tough without his Exo-suit. This infuriates the alien and it leaps onto Raphael's head, smothering him. Leo tries to free his brother, but the Utrom Shredder snaps at him with vicious, pointy teeth. Splinter comes to the rescue, prying the Utrom off of his son's head with his broken staff. The evil alien flies across the room and takes cover behind some containers of ooze.

Don has been busy at the controls of the Transmat and calls to his family that it's time to go! The brainy ninja states that he's programmed a better escape route this time, and the TMNT and their master jump onto the Transmat's platform. The Shredder Utrom remembers that the building is about to implode and rushes towards the Transmat in effort to escape. The alien leaps into the air as the Transmat beam begins to teleport the Turtles away - with only seconds to go! The Utrom Shredder lands on the Transmat platform - too late to escape! The implosion device ticks down to one second as the alien's eyes bulge out of its evil head...

Outside, the T.C.R.I. building is swallowed in white light. Casey and April duck behind the Battle Shell, seeking shelter. In a matter of seconds, the entire building has disappeared, leaving behind broken water pipes and a giant crater! April and Casey worry about their friends, just as a beam of energy comes down from space and the Turtles and Splinter fall from the sky, landing heavily on top of the Battle Shell. Don's calculations were a bit too high, but no one is harmed. Casey and April hug their friends and everyone climbs inside the Battle Shell. Police begin to arrive on the scene, so Don fires up the engine. April asks what happened inside and Leo and Don say, "Boy, have we got a story for you..."

Disc 11: The Ultimate Ninja

Season 2, Episode 10: Reflections
April, Casey, Splinter and the Turtles are at Casey's grandmother's farmhouse in Northampton, Massachusetts. While O'Neil and Jones relax, the Sensei teaches his students how to blind fight (by having them turn their bandanas sideways so they cannot see out of the eye slits). The teens complain and Splinter launches a series of attacks, all of which are blocked by the young ninjas. Master Splinter is pleased and announces that practice is over for the day, which the Turtles welcome with relief - but before they can turn their masks, the old master launches one final attack that knocks Don, Mike and Raph off their feet. Leonardo, however, evades the attack and is congratulated. Donatello complains that Splinter had stated that the session was over, and the Sensei explains that a ninja never trusts all that he hears. Leonardo bows to his master and the group heads over to join Casey and April. Raph points out that Leonardo isn't so perfect, and Splinter asks him to explain. Raphael begins telling the story of how Leonardo bought Oroku Saki's story and was willing to join him. Leo states that he still feels terrible about the whole thing, but Raph is more than happy to retell the events of episode 10, when Leo was almost convinced that the Shredder was a “good guy”.

Mikey then recalls how Master Splinter had saved the Turtles lives when they first encountered the Shredder, as detailed in Episode 11.

The guys then flash back to Episode 18, when the Shredder attacked them inside April's antique store, a memory that causes April grief, since her shop was burned to the ground due to the battle. The Turtles then reminisce about the battle at Foot HQ, where Leonardo actually behead their arch enemy (Episode 23). But despite losing his head, the Shredder was not killed, and he returned in Episode 34 to harass our heroes as the Utroms from the T.C.R.I. building made their escape.

Mikey notes that the Shredder is tough to destroy, and then we see another flashback to Episode 10, retelling the tale of how the villain murdered Hamato Yoshi, Splinter's master. The Sensei is deeply grieved when this story is told, but he takes comfort in knowing that his master died with
honour. Casey has had enough tales of loss caused by the Shredder and his minions and he throws a temper tantrum, grabbing his chair and smashing it against a nearby tree and then stands screaming in a frustrated, primal rage. April stands up and takes Casey's hand, leading him to the blanket where they kneel down in front of Master Splinter. April tells the Sensei that Casey is trying to say that they are all very sorry for his loss. Splinter thanks her and states that the Shredder has had a hand in making them all suffer. When the old rat mentions "hand," April and Casey notice that they're still holding hands and break away from each other in cheerful embarrassment. Donatello points out that there's a funny side to the story - because without the Shredder - the Turtles would still be living in a glass jar! No one gets the brainy ninja's point.

Don goes on to explain how the evil Utrom's action of crashing the spaceship lead to the Utroms establishing a base on Earth - and from that base came the mutagenic ooze that created the Turtles! A brief flashback to Episode 3 explains how Splinter found the turtles in the Mutagen, and then we see scenes from Episode 32 and Episode 34 that illustrate the transformation of the evil Utrom into the Foot Clan's Shredder. Donatello explains that the TMNT and Splinter owe their mutated existence to Shredder!

Leonardo and Raph get the willies when they come to that realization. Leo says that no matter what happens or what the Shredder does, they will always remain a family.

This sentimental statement causes Mikey to begin laughing and he makes fun of Leo for overloading the "Sap-ometer". Raph gets angry and tells Mikey to keep eating his S'mores and shut up, as Leo has a good point. Mike tosses a marshmallow at Raphael, hitting him right in the nose. Raph snarls and jumps his brother - Leo and Don try to break up the fight and Casey joins in for the fun of it. As the five roll around in the grass wrestling, April turns to Splinter and acknowledges that they are a family. She then asks the Sensei if he'll ever be able to teach the Turtles manners, and the old rat tells her that training them in ninjutsu is difficult enough - he's not a miracle worker.

Season 2, Episode 9: The Ultimate Ninja
On a New York City Rooftop, a strangely-attired man appears out of thin air. He pools some water in one of his hands from a dripping fountain, using it to create a sentient “water mirror”. The man asks to be shown the one he seeks, and a face appears in the mirror - It's Leonardo's face! The man then tells the water mirror to lead him to his quarry, for the latter's end is soon at hand.

Meanwhile, in the Turtles' lair, Leo is at a mirror brushing his teeth. We learn that April is living with our heroes, something that's slightly getting under Leonardo's skin (since her laundry is hanging all over the bathroom and getting in his way). Leo approaches Master Splinter, wanting to discuss the situation, but he discovers that April has been brushing out Splinter's fur and the Sensei is delighted to have her around. Leonardo decides to drop the issue and heads to the main room of the lair. Raphael is sitting on the couch watching the local news broadcast about increased gang violence, and is getting upset. Donatello is examining the hover cart that April and Casey used to escape the T.C.R.I. building. Mikey is in the kitchen making popcorn as preparation for "Movie Night." Casey arrives with a western movie entitled "Rio Gato", which features a story about a young gun slinger seeking fame by taking out a respected sheriff - a tale that parallels what is about to unfold in respect to Leo and the strange man hunting him. Once the movie is completed, Mikey complains that he's still hungry and thus the gang heads out in the Battle Shell to get some ice cream.

Our heroes are soon in an alleyway eating ice cream. The Turtles doubt the veracity of the western's story, sighting that the kid had more skills than the Sheriff. Splinter surmises that the Sheriff may have won because he fought for
honour and integrity, while the young gun slinger fought for selfish goals, or perhaps it was just a movie that required a happy ending. As the guys continue to talk, the mystery man arrives and throws a dagger at the back of Leonardo's head. At the last moment, Leo turns around and catches the blade. The knife has a tassel on its end that Splinter recognizes. Everyone takes defensive positions, and the otherworldly ninja emerges from the shadows. The man explains that he had come here to battle The Shredder in order to claim the title of Earth's mightiest warrior. However, Leo had beat the fellow to the punch when he apparently defeated Shredder in "Return to New York, Part 3". Thus, the ninja has come to challenge Leonardo to a mortal duel. The Turtles and Casey form a defensive position beside Leonardo, and Raph tells the warrior that anyone that messes with Leo is messing with him as well.

The visitor looks surprised and states that this is against the rules - Master Splinter looks at him and acknowledges that he's aware of that. The Turtles are surprised that Splinter seems to know what this crazy dude is talking about. The strange ninja pulls a small paddle drum out of his cloak and uses it to summon an even stranger figure - the referee Gyoji, a masked, transparent figure that floats in the air, sitting in the lotus position. The Gyoji forms a force field around the group and tells Leonardo that he must choose either to accept or not accept - if he refuses the challenge, his friends' lives will be forfeit, but if he accepts the challenge and loses, they will be spared and his life will be forfeit. Splinter tells his son that he must decide what to do, and Leo states that there is no choice - he must accept the challenge. The Gyoji nods and the visiting ninja promises Leonardo that he will be defeated. Splinter walks up to the Gyoji and demands a “full observance,” which is granted, although the ninja doesn't seem to be so happy about it. The Gyoji then creates a puddle of water that Leo sinks into as if it were quicksand. Raph rushes to try to help his brother, but he arrives too late and Leo is gone. The Gyoji creates a large water mirror that will allow the battle to be seen by the others.

Leonardo arrives in Central Park and begins roaming around, but he is unaware that the visiting ninja is right behind him, preparing to attack!

Leo isn't caught unaware by this, and the fight begins. After a brief fistfight, The Ultimate Ninja violently kicks Leo into a light post and then prepares to strike him with a chain he pulls out. Leonardo dodges this attack and strikes back, sending his foe flying into the trunk of a tree. Leonardo's adversary seems to attempt to make a break for it and jumps onto the top of a passing truck, where Leonardo meets him for Round Two. Leonardo pulls out his katanas and the opposing ninja does as well. The two begin fighting once again, but neither seems to be able to maintain the upper hand for very long. Unfortunately, when the ninja vanishes to avoid one of Leo's oncoming attacks, Leo's katanas get stuck into the truck's roof. Back in the alleyway, Raphael accuses the ninja of cheating. The Gyogi notes his complaint, but Raphael is not satisfied - He demands intervention in the duel. Splinter approaches his son and tells him that such things are considered at then end of the battle, not during. Donnie remarks that it might be too late by 'the end'. Meanwhile, the ninja is beginning to gain the upper hand when he pushes Leo towards the back end of the truck's roof, where Leo nearly loses his balance and falls off!!! Luckily, The Ultimate Ninja is carrying a small grappling hook in his belt, which is just enough for Leo to effectively use...and avoid certain death! After an intense second round, the two warriors jump off of the truck onto The Brooklyn Bridge, where they climb up to a slab of pavement near the top and face off with each other there.

Near the top of the bridge, the alien warrior strikes Leo with his tekkō-kagi (a clawed glove), sending Leo flying to the ground. Back in the alleyway, Raphael has seen enough and charges at the Gyoji, who ignores the hot-headed turtle and encloses him in a small force field. The Gyoji releases Raph, and Splinter approaches him and tells him to calm down - watching the duel is difficult, but they must. Donatello asks if there is anything at all that they can do to help Leo. The Sensei then replies with a "Yes" and approaches the Gyoji, demanding the familial right of attendance. The referee grants this without question and the force field ball surrounding the group melts into the ground and
re-emerges on the slab of pavement near The Brooklyn Bridge, where the skirmish is taking place. By this time, Leonardo has regained his feet and the tide of battle seems to have turned in his favour, much to everyone's joy.

Unfortunately, the situation changes quickly. The alien ninja uses a questionable tactic by blowing green dust into Leo's face, which discombobulates Leo so that The Ultimate Ninja can gain the advantage with an array of kicks. These moves send Leonardo towards the edge of the pavement where the warrior delivers an open-fisted blow to the turtle's chest. As the other turtles, Splinter, April and Casey gape in horror, Leo begins to fall!!!!

Leonardo manages to grab onto some cables on the bridge to stop his plummeting descent, but the ninja leaps down and cuts them. Once again, Leo plummets towards the river far below. Fortunately, during the battle, Leonardo managed to gain possession of his foe's tekkō-kagi (a clawed glove). The turtle, miraculously, is able to stop his fall by sticking the glove's blades into the concrete bridge support - This slows his descent and eventually stops it...not too many feet from the surface of the water!!

On the top of The Brooklyn Bridge, the warrior claims victory and arrogantly proclaims himself to be The Ultimate Ninja on the planet. As the man gloats and congratulates himself, the turtles (especially Splinter, April and Casey) are furious for possibly killing Leonardo, so Raphael declares that he'll give so much fame to Ultimate Ninja that he'll never forget. Leonardo makes it to the rooftop and informs the fellow that he hasn't won quite yet. The Ultimate Ninja is stunned that the turtle survived a fall that would've been fatal for most opponents. The battle renewed, the ninja hurls a bunch of shurikens at Leo - Leo is not intimidated by this, however, and blocks all of them with the tekkō-kagi glove. This time, Leonardo wastes no time disarming his quarry of his swords and then uses them to pin the man's head to the ground. Unable to move without the risk of cutting his neck or otherwise, The Ultimate Ninja surrenders and the Gyoji proclaims Leonardo as the victor. The force field around the others fades away and they rush to Leo's side, congratulating him. Splinter tells his son that he is very proud of him, and gives him a hug.

The Ultimate Ninja turns out to be a poor sport. The villain pulls out some more green dust, but this time, he uses it to create a nasty mystical dragon that attacks our heroes. Before the beast can cause any harm, it is cloven in half! As the green dust clears, we see a gigantic warrior standing with a single blade. The Gyoji bows and welcomes his "Majesty". We learn that this gargantuan figure is actually the Ultimate Ninja's father, the Daimyo. The Daimyo angrily reprimands his son, admonishing him for his
dishonour, all what he had was petosity to selfishly claim this name. The Daimyo congratulates Splinter for teaching his students very well and congratulates Leonardo for winning the duel fair and square. The Daimyo then gives Leonardo his pair of katanas as his award. Leo and Daimyo bow to each other. The Daimyo explains that his people had visited the Earth long ago, and had been treated like tengu, or goblins. Before they departed, the Daimyo's kinsmen had taught those humans who were deemed worthy the mystic fighting art of Ninjutsu. The Daimyo congratulates Leonardo for holding the legacy of ninjutsu very well, but his son is not. The Ultimate Ninja is humiliated as he covers before his father. With this, Daimyo, Ultimate Ninja and Gyoji then go home as they disappear into the puddle...

Our heroes begin the long walk down the bridge on their way home. Raphael asks Master Splinter to explain what just happened, and the Sensei replies: “Patience. When the time is right, all will be made clear.”

Season 2, Episode 11: The Return of Nano
It's morning in the TMNT lair and April discovers that someone has used the last of her toothpaste - again. Frustrated, April walks out of the bathroom and into the main living quarters, where she's almost run over by Mikey on his new flying skateboard. Mike zooms around the living room creating typical mayhem until Raphael grabs the board and tosses him off - right on top of April! Raph apologizes to O'Neil and she storms off to find Donatello, admonishing him for using the Utrom technology to make Michelangelo a flying skateboard. Don shrugs and states that it was the only way to get Mikey off his shell, and then he puts on some diving gear and jumps into a pool - splashing April in the process. O'Neil is doused with water, which she thinks came from the sewers, but Donatello explains that its actually sea water from the bay. April isn't comforted by this news. Casey Jones arrives and O'Neil is overjoyed to see another human. Casey explains that he's off to do some late night repair work at the local amusement park, and he invites April along - both stressing that it's not a date.

Cut to Coney Island Amusement Park, where we see the Nanobots emerge from a junk heap and rebuild themselves into a kid-sized robot. The reborn Nano spots a TV, repairs it, and sits down to watch 1950s sitcom that features an idealized version of the American family. The local news breaks in and reports that Harry Parker is being transferred to a new prison. Nano recognizes the thief as the man that it considers to be its "daddy" and heads out to find him.

Cut to Harry in prison, where he's playing with other prisoners in a card game and wins. As Parker tries to gather up his gains, an ace of spades falls form his sleeve, revealing that he hasn't been playing fair. The other convicts stand up and prepare to pummel Harry for cheating, but Nano shows up in the nick of time in the guise of a spider-like TV robot. Nano approaches Parker, who backs away in terror, but the Nanobots use the picture tube to create a smiling face that Harry recognizes as his old partner in crime. Nano absorbs a nearby vending machine and whatever other available hardware, growing in size. Prison guards rush in and Parker tells Nano that they're bad men holding him here when he didn't do nothing. The robot grabs Harry and stuffs him into its chest cavity, and then breaks out of the jail.

Back at the Turtles' lair, Casey arrives to pick up April. The affable mechanic has brought O'Neil a bouquet of flowers - which unfortunately took a beating on the motorcycle ride over. April smiles and takes them, saying it's the thought that counts. The TMNT and Splinter tease Jones about when he'll be returning O'Neil home, and both Casey and April insist that it isn't a date.

The Turtles are watching the news and learn about Harry’s escape and the return of the Nano-monster. Don wants to help Nano, and explains that its an innocent victim of bad "parenting", using the example that if Splinter had been evil, the Turtles themselves would have been raised as villains. Thus the TMNT decide to help the hapless Nanobots. Don jumps onto his computer and uses it to super-magnify and old video file of the miniature robots, where he discovers a patent number. Donatello goes online to find out who holds the patent, as he believes that Nano may be headed there.

Nano, meanwhile, breaks into the laboratory where it was created and kidnaps Dr. Richards, the woman who had been working on the Nanobot experiment. Nano calls her "mommy" and then stuffs Richards into its chest cavity, where she meets Harry Parker. The scientist unhappily recognizes Harry as the criminal that's escaped form prison. As the two bicker, Nano absorbs available hardware and assembles a makeshift version of the home that it had seen earlier in the '50s sitcom - right down to a couch where it sits Harry and Dr. Richards, stuffing a newspaper and knitting kit into their hands. Nano turns itself into a "child" and recites the same dialogue that it had heard in the TV show. Harry surmises that Nano has gone a little bonkers, and he and Dr. Richards begin to argue. The argument enrages Nano, as it wants nothing more than a happy family. The 'bot yells at its "parents" to stop fighting and creates menacing spikes that close in on Parker and Richards. The captives beg for mercy and then Nano comes up with another plan - it will take them to a happy place.

Casey and April are at Coney Island, where the owner locks up for the night. Jones climbs onto a box and tells O'Neil that she'll enjoy the view from the top of the roller coaster. April says that they're supposed to be working, as Casey loses his balance and falls from his perch, landing on April. As Jones steadies himself by holding onto O'Neil's shoulders, the two gaze into each other's eyes and then lean in for a kiss - until some noise interrupts them. April asks what it is, and Casey replies that he didn't hear anything. However, the noise increases as Nano crashes through the front gate.

The Turtles locate Dr. Richard's lab and pick up Nano’s trail.

In order to make its “father” happy, Nano grabs the loot that it had stolen with Harry its first time out (which it had stored on a "Family Fun" display in the amusement park so all families could enjoy it). Harry is happy to see his treasure and asks to be let go, as does Dr. Richards. Nano goes berserk and begins smashing up the park.

As Casey and April wonder what to do about the robotic menace, the TMNT drive up in the Battle Shell. The Turtles try to reason with Nano, but the robot remembers them as the creatures that attacked it and thus it begins absorbing hardware from the park, growing to monumental size! The enormous robot tries to smash the Turtles!

Donatello decides the way to beat Nano is to interface his laptop with the roller coaster’s operating system and then create an electromagnetic pulse that would “shut down” all the Nanobots that comprise the Nano-monster. Thus Don and April go to work on the coaster while the others distract Nano. Raph is briefly captured, but Leonardo saves him. Don manages to create the polarity field on the coaster tracks, and Mikey uses his flying skateboard to lure the giant robot to the ride. As Nano gets close to the roller coaster, the magnetic fields engulf it, and an electromagnetic pulse roars down the tracks and smashes into the titan's body, causing it to short out and collapse. As the smoke clears, Harry Parker and Dr. Richards crawl out from the rubble, unharmed. The Turtles watch Nano's view screen as the tiny bots flicker out of existence.

The police arrive and arrest Harry, who tries to convince them he didn't escape, he was kidnapped. The Turtles give the stolen loot to April so that she can turn it in for the reward money and rebuild her building/business. Donatello sheepishly kicks the ground and says that they probably won't be seeing April very much now that she has the means to leave their lair, but O'Neil rushes over and kisses him on the cheek, telling the Turtle that they'll see her all the time, because they're family.

Season 2, Episode 18: The Golden Puck
Opening in the city at night, a game of Super Slam Hockey is in action in the middle of Central Park. The Turtles and Casey Jones are seated next to the championship prize known as the "Golden Puck". Casey explains how awesome Super Slam hockey is and how important the Golden Puck is to the league as a symbol of its longevity.

As the game ends, three para-hawks float down from the sky. Upon landing, the vehicles open fire on the players and crowd - causing a stampede as people try to escape the assault. The TMNT and Casey stand their ground, so the leader Texas Roughneck assault team tosses a grenade at them. The resulting explosion buries our heroes in a pile of debris and rubble.

The Golden Puck falls from its pedestal and is grabbed by the Roughnecks. With the puck in hand, the thieves escape on their snowhawks.

Casey helps the TMNT dig out and no one is injured. The Turtles want to leave this caper to the police, but Casey shakes Leo and exclaims they've got to get the Golden Puck back and teach the criminals a lesson. Casey takes off on foot while the Turtles decide that they'd better help their friend, and grab some nearby snowmobiles that were going to be raffled off at the game. Mikey picks up Casey on the way and our heroes chase the thieves.

The crooks dive into a subway tunnel. Raph is in the lead and rides his vehicle down the steps after the crooks. The criminals board a train and the leader opens fire on Raph with his laser rifle - scoring a direct hit! As Raph's ride explodes, the Roughneck takes out a matchbook and sticks a match in his mouth, letting the cover fall to the ground. The doors of the subway car close and the thieves escape. The rest of the TMNT arrive and think that they've lost their quarry, but Raph picks up the matchbook and discovers it's from a local hotel.

Cut to the rooftop opposite of the hotel. Using night-vision binoculars, the Turtles find the Roughneck's room. The criminals vacate the area, so our heroes decide to search the room for the Golden Puck. Inside the hotel hallway, we see the Roughnecks boarding the elevator down. The TMNT and Casey emerge from various hiding places and enter their room, thanks to one of Don's gadgets that unlocks the door. The Puck isn’t there - suddenly the door handle begins to turn as the Roughnecks are returning to the room for their van keys!

With the Roughnecks returning, the Turtles and Casey hide. Unfortunately, Jones' hiding place leaves the vast majority of his body in the open, right where the van keys are sitting! Mikey leaps into action and manages to get to the room's door, where he pretends to be delivering towels. The Roughnecks slam the door in his face, but the distraction has given Leo and Don enough time to grab Casey and pull him outside. The criminal boss notices the open window, but the thugs aren't sure if they left it that way, so after a brief search they grab the keys and head outside.

At the front of Drake Hotel, the Roughnecks are waiting by the back of their van as three limousines arrive. The vehicles hold even more Roughnecks and their leader, the rich criminal Mr. Arboost. Arboost is delighted to see the Golden Puck and reveals that he'll use it to blackmail the Super Slam hockey league into allowing him to buy a team.

Casey and the Turtles decide it's time to put a stop to this caper and attack. Our heroes rough up the Roughnecks and then steal their van, the Golden Puck safely inside.

The van races wildly down icy streets as the three limos containing Aboost and his Roughnecks give chase and open fire. Suddenly, the first limo hits the van tossing Raph from his position on the vehicle's roof.

Raphael lands on the back of the lead limo and leaps to its front. The fiery ninja then smashes his sai through the windshield into the solar plexus of the driver, causing him to spin out. Raph leaps back onto the van as all three pursuing limousines crash into each other.

Cut to van now parked in an alley. Casey and Don use a radio in the van to lure the Roughnecks back to Central Park. At the rink in Central Park, Casey is standing alone next to the Golden Puck as the Roughnecks arrive. Arboost tells Casey to hand the puck over, and Casey states that he has friends. The Turtles play a joke on Jones and don't make a move for a while, which worries Casey and amuses the Roughnecks. Finally, the Turtles emerge from their hiding spot and a big battle takes place. Our heroes defeat the Texas Roughnecks as Casey appropriately uses a hockey stick to smash their boss, Mr. Arboost, into the goalie net.

The police arrive and arrest the Roughnecks as the Turtles and Casey watch from a hidden area. Casey thanks his friends for helping him stop the crime and shakes Raph's hand, declaring "Jones and the Turtles rule!"

Payment

Please pay for your purchase within 7 days, or the sale will be cancelled and the item automatically relisted. As a courtesy, a generic payment reminder will be sent after
4 days.

Feedback Policy

I sell tangible goods - NOT feedback. For this reason, I do not leave feedback for buyers, and never have done. I use the automated feedback system which eBay provides sellers. It is triggered to leave a positive rating and a random comment (from a list of 10 saved comments) upon receipt of positive feedback from the buyer - or in simpler terms, at the conclusion of the transaction.

If you're expecting feedback prior to the conclusion of the transaction, or if you expect personalised rather than generic comments, please be prepared for disappointment.
Any/all message requests for feedback will either receive a generic reply, or be ignored completely.

So the bottom line is; don't expect feedback, don't be a feedback beggar, and your feedback score will automatically increase by one after you complete the transaction. If you disagree with my feedback policy, please find an alternate seller.

Terms of Sale (the fine print)

Unfortunately, a certain undesirable element has made the inclusion of these terms a necessity. They are as follows;

  1. By bidding, buying or making an offer, you agree that you have read the listing in its entirety - including these terms. You acknowledge understanding all content, and confirm complete agreement with same.

  2. All of my listings have preferences set to automatically decline unrealistic offers. I'm not in the habit of giving things away, so please keep it real.

  3. Sending ridiculously low counter offers (lowballing) will result in you being blocked immediately. If you seriously think I will entertain an offer of $2.50 for a $425.00 item, I suggest you seek help for your condition. Perhaps unassisted online shopping isn't an appropriate activity for you.

  4. While on the subject of blocking, if you wish to make an offer, please use the tools provided by eBay. If you try to circumvent the system by messaging me with an offer, you will be reported for trying to trade outside of eBay, and voilà... you're blocked.

  5. Estimated delivery times are just that - an estimate. They are provided by eBay, and have nothing whatsoever to do with either the delivery service provider or the seller.

  6. Postage star ratings for all items are in relation to the seller's handling time. As in, how long it takes them to post the item after receiving your payment. You are rating the seller - NOT the delivery service provider. Sellers have no control over delivery times for Australia Post, Aramex, DHL, or any other chosen shipping company. If you wish to rate their service, please visit their respective website. Using the eBay feedback system to rate a seller's handling time, based on the level of service you were provided by a third party, is not only unfair, it's highly inappropriate.

  7. At the time of dispatch, you will receive an email advice with an attached photograph of the item as it went out the door. While items are dispatched at all hours of the day and night, in most cases they are generally not picked up until some time between 8am and 6pm on the following business day (usually around noon, but times vary).

  8. Different screen resolutions may alter colours on different devices.

  9. Any measurements given are done by hand, and therefore approximate. Please allow for a variation of anywhere up to 10 - 20mm

  10. My home is both smoke free and pet free. While all care is taken, the possibility still remains of static electricity causing lint, thread, plastic or even a stray hair to cling to packaging items. If there's even the slightest chance you may find this offensive, please do not purchase this item.

  11. The grading system used on my listings is provided by eBay. For console games, CDs and DVDs, it is as follows;

    • Brand new
    • Like new
    • Very good
    • Good
    • Acceptable

All items are graded based on which category applies best to the item. As an example, an item listed as "Good" condition, doesn't mean it is in good condition. It means it is the grading (as the second lowest), which best applies to the item. If you disagree with the grading system implemented by eBay and used in this listing, please do not buy this item.

  12. When an item is described as used, that means it is used. All known defects, blemishes or imperfections are noted in the listing. If you are wanting a new item, please buy one. Do not buy a used item and expect something brand new to be delivered - especially for $3.00 with free postage.

  13. If something is described as having medium to high level scratching, expect it to have medium to high level scratching. Complaining that your item showed up scratched when that is exactly how it was described casts serious doubt on your character and/or intelligence. Once again, if you are after a blemish free item, please buy it new.

  14. In the unlikely event of something going wrong, you agree to contact me first before taking any other action. You agree to assist me with any investigation by providing any/all requested information as soon as possible.

  15. All items above $15.00 in value, and all items larger than a letter will be shipped with tracking.

  16. Just because an item is listed as "free postage" does not mean that postage is free. It is not. It means that the postage cost is factored into the sale price, and borne by the seller. Any refunds provided will have the actual postage and packaging charges, along with all applicable fees deducted from the refund amount you are given.

  17. Never assume. If you find any missing or incomplete information in a listing, please ask for further details. I'm always only too happy to help out whenever I can, and would appreciate the opportunity to revise the listing.

  18. My hours of operation vary each day, but I am generally available during the following Sydney times;

    • Monday 12pm - 10pm
    • Tuesday 10am - 2pm
    • Wednesday 12pm - 10pm
    • Thursday 10am - 2pm
    • Friday 12pm - 10pm
    • Saturday 10am - 2pm
    • Sunday 12pm - 10pm

  19. Purple monkey dishwasher! I just thought I'd toss that in there to see if you're paying attention. Quote this phrase in the buyers note during checkout to receive a 10% discount on your order.

  20. Finally, if you don't agree with all of the above, please find another seller.
