These are two documents regarding an 1867 court case in Lycoming Co., PA.  A. Keefer was accusing J.H. Antley of trespassing.  J.J. Metzger and J.C. Hill were representing Keefer.  Theo Hill, Proth'y signed the docketing regarding an agreement between the parties.
 
The second document reads as follows:

Before me personally came A. Keefer who being duly sworn doth depose and say that the above is a true and correct copy of his books of original entry and that the above bal. of $81.45 with interest from Jan. 3, 1867 remains due and unpaid.
Sworn & subscribed this 15th day of Aug. 1867

The back of this document offers Aaron as Keefer's first name.
