• The manufacturer's size is clearly shown in this listing, but often those sizes can be misleading, as the actual measured dimensions often differ from what is printed on the label. This can be due to the age, condition of the clothing etc. But certain well known brands can be notoriously inaccurate, and I have learnt not to accept label size on face value. In the listing I will always go by the sizes I measure before anything printed on the label, please bear this in mind. I do check items over carefully and honestly report what I see. I am only human though and may unintentionally miss things. If you need further measurements, info. etc. just ask.

• Delivery: I endeavour to post items on the next working day, but if the listing is highlighted as "Seller Away" then I can only post once I get back. The return date should be provided, please bear this in mind.

• Authenticity: I am not in the business of selling knock-offs and fakes. There is nothing to hide as all badges and labels are clearly shown. Check the photos carefully, if you see anything suspicious then please let me know. 

• Returns Policy: Item to be returned in same condition as seen in listing. Return postage should be at your own expense (keep evidence for proof of postage as you are responsible for the safe return). If you don't want the item, then open a return within the allotted timescale, I will then approve it and you can post it back for a refund. Just be honest and don't claim the item is faulty, not matching description, damaged etc. if it isn't, as I go to great trouble photographing and describing my items in detail, including size dimensions, and it is your own responsibility to check all this over before purchase. If I am at fault then please provide actual proof so that I can see evidence for why you expect me to pay for the return postage. Changing your mind is not my fault. Due to issues from previous scammers I will report any buyer who is missusing the eBay managed returns / money back guarantee. I am an honest seller and only wish to deal with honest buyers. If you are unhappy with my returns policy then please buy from someone else instead. 

• Missing / late deliveries: All postage receipts are kept and a photographic copy can be provided upon request. Parcels very rarely go missing, but when they do I adhere to the postal carrier's timescale and missing parcels policy before issuing any refund to the buyer. This is so that I can make a counter claim against them for the loss. The Royal Mail as well as other postal carriers do check up on missing parcels and their fraud department may take an interest.

• I will only post to the address provided by eBay upon sale, be it your home, place of work, Argos click & collect etc. If you want it posting to a different address then change your address details on eBay before purchasing. Item may be sent by registered (signed for) post, at no extra cost to you.

• No cheques or bank transfers, only Paypal, or in exceptional circumstances cash in hand. 

• For International sales I only use the eBay Global Shipping Programme. If there is no seperate shipping price, then I'm sorry but I can not send the item to your country. (I have no control over the postage prices for the Global Shipping Service, as these are set by eBay and are in your national currency.) For all qualifying countries I can only guarantee safe posting to the eBay International Shipping Centre here in the UK. After that it is out of my control, as I am not given your delivery address details, just your name and a code to write on the parcel.
