Due to a high request rate we have designed and had made buckles with fixture ends - these are perfect for new kilts (when you would prefer not to make chapes) or as replacements.

The strap is made from quality leather and the solid buckle has a polish chrome finish, much more sturdy than off the shelf straps.

These are the straps we use when making our kilts.

Each strap measures 5.5 Inches (14cm) long, is 1.25 Inches (3cm) wide, has 5 holes and is made from 3mm thick leather.

The buckle has a 7cm leather strap attached using a solid rivet stud and has an available 4.5cm length available for attaching to the fabric.

We hand make all of our own kilts, should you require any advice regarding your kilt we are always willing to help.

Our business 'Kilts Wi Hae' has been established since 2004 with a fantastic reputation for superb service, quality of products and value for money. We do not deal in products made out with the UK  and we do not sell foreign imports and we only sell quality. You will not have problems with sub standard products at Kilts Wi Hae as we do not have any. Here at Kilts Wi Hae we strongly believe "you get what you pay for - but there is no need to pay over the odds". Our aim is to keep our overheads as low as possible so the savings can be passed onto the client - simple.

 Should you change your mind please return to us in the original packaging etc within 14 days for a refund. If you have a problem with a faulty product just return to us within the year and we will get a new product to you.

 Kilts Wi Hae does not make any money on its postage charges. We try our very best to send to as many countries as possible, should we over charge you for postage we will refund the difference as soon as we can. Postage : We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm the same working day (unless they are made to order items). All orders received after 1pm will be dispatched next working day. We ship Monday to Friday excluding Bank and Royal Mail Holidays. During the Christmas Period we dispatch every Saturday in December (please allow extra time for your order to arrive during this busy time, we will dispatch as promised but cannot be responsible for any postal delays caused by volumes of mail or weather).
