This is a Stearns brand fishing vest and flotation device~Adult Medium-40-42 Size~with 4 pockets with velcro closures and round rivet vented bottoms. It has a zipper front closure and the top pockets are 4 x 6 Inches; the bottom pockets are 5 x 7 inches. The collar has a zippered closure containing a pull out hood. There is a small dark smudge just below the collar. (see picture #10). It has a khaki green exterior, navy blue interior and a red nylon hood.
The vest has a Type III Personal Flotation Device with Model # SSV 4152 and Lot # 2379076.
It was manufactured by the Stearns Manufacturing CO, St Cloud MN.
