Up for sale an antique, fob/pendant bar mechanical pencil USA circa 1930's in mint condition.This propelling pencil is silver plated  made in USA. It was designed for use as a fob for pocket watch chain. This was a practical way for men and women of the period to safely carry a pencil while out and about. There is an inscription on the upper part "WAHL EVERSHARP"and below it "SILVERPLATED made in USA".
