BOSS's 200 Series is the next generation of pedals featuring high-quality sound and high versatility in a compact size design for easy layout on a pedal board. The simple-to-use control knobs and multifunction footswitch make sound creation intuitive and easy. All models in the 200 series feature a sampling rate of 96 kHz, 32-bit AD/DA conversion, and 32-bit float (floating point) internal processing for advanced arithmetic processing to achieve the highest sound quality in their class. The 200 series models are equipped with an external footswitch and an expression processor. The EQ-200 also offers a full range of control functions via external footswitch, expression pedal, and MIDI connection.
The EQ-200 Graphic Equalizer is an extremely flexible guitar/bass equalizer. It features two wide-range 10-band equalizers. A built-in, highly visible LCD display allows you to instantly check the equalization status. The two EQs can be used in parallel or series connection. The 10-band center frequency can be selected from three types to provide the optimal setting for each instrument.
Advanced arithmetic processing with a sampling rate of 96 kHz, 32-bit AD/DA conversion, and 32-bit float (floating point) internal arithmetic processing provides the highest sound quality in its class.

Two 10-band EQ systems
The EQ-200 is an equalizer that combines a sophisticated design, advanced 32-bit/96 kHz processing, and superior sound quality with an ultra-low noise design to provide precise tone control. Each EQ band can be boosted or cut by up to 15 dB. The EQ band center frequency can be selected from three types. Variable Signal Flow and Insert Connections

Convenient memory function
The EQ-200 is equipped with four memories, allowing instant recall of stored settings. The settings on the panel can also be used as manual settings, giving you a total of five different sounds. The footswitch on the main unit can be used to switch between memories, select a range of memories to switch to, or specify a memory to recall, to suit the player's needs.
Highly flexible real-time control
The footswitch on the main unit can be used to bypass the EQ, scroll through memories, turn each channel EQ on or off, or directly access a specific memory. An external footswitch can also be connected to extend the functionality of the foot control. When an expression pedal is connected, the total level can be assigned and used as a volume pedal, or the volume level of channel A alone can be controlled for precise real-time control. The space-saving stereo mini-jack MIDI input/output jacks allow control via an external MIDI controller, or by selecting multiple 200 Series memories in a chain at once.
