□Flexible control from a remote location with commercially available terminals

Almost all functions can be operated wirelessly by connecting a tablet, smartphone, or PC directly via Wi-Fi. This allows for free control from anywhere, making it ideal for situations where you don't want the equipment to be conspicuous or where there are restrictions on where it can be installed. In addition, the system can be remotely controlled while listening to the actual sound on stage or in the audience, which greatly reduces the time and effort required to set up the system.

Wi-Fi connectivity uses the 2.4 GHz band, while the Ui24R offers the less-congested 5.2 GHz band. In addition, the Ui24R is equipped with antennas not only on the front but also on the right side. After power-on, the MIX L/R LEDs blink slowly for about 15 seconds, and then the Wifi LED turns on after about 10 seconds, enabling connection to an iPad or other device.

The Ui24R can also be connected to terminals via wired LAN or external network devices, and can be operated without a terminal by connecting a display, mouse, and keyboard directly to the main unit.

Up to 10 terminals can be connected wirelessly. The Ui24R can be operated from different locations at the same time, and different information can be displayed on multiple terminals. It can also be operated simultaneously from terminals connected wirelessly or over a wired LAN.

By not equipping the main unit with control functions, an extremely compact body is achieved. The Ui16 and Ui24R can be rack-mounted in an EIA4U rack.
