We endeavour to post all orders within 1 to 2 business days after order payment. Please note that orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and bank holidays. If we have any problems with your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Delivery times are working days which exclude weekends and bank holidays. Please contact us before purchasing if you require a part urgently, to discuss express delivery options.
Regrettably, we do not offer international shipping and are only able to offer delivery to mainland UK.
Returns
Returns are welcome and readily accepted by prior arrangement. All unused or unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us via eBay contact seller with regards to your return.
A refund will be offered provided the returned goods are in "as new" resalable condition with all original packaging and contents.
Faulty Items
If any of your purchases develop a fault within its warranty period it will need to be returned. Once the fault has been verified, a repair or exchange of goods will be issued.
