RETURN POLICY

Returns

If I don't like the product or it isn't worth it, can I exchange or return it? The consumer will have a period of 15 calendar days counted from the date of receipt of the product to return it without incurring any cost except shipping costs that will be assumed by the consumer and / or user. The product must be returned in perfect condition and of course it cannot be found damaged, beaten or with reliable evidence of use that prevents the sale of the same product again. Rajomotor reserves the right to apply a depreciation in the amount of the return if the product has an aesthetic defect or signs of misuse, or in a more serious case such as damaged or beaten, the disengagement of the return due to misuse by the customer . To send it, it must be done in an appropriate packaging that protects it during the journey. The refund will be returned two days after verifying that the product complies with the return policy.

Warranty

The following exceptions are established (among others) in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and that are expressly included in the Law on consumers and users, which are:
