Tips for Charging and Resetting
Getting these devices to charge from a drained battery was not intuitive. We found that repeatedly plugging in the USB charging cable eventually triggered the charging indicator light. Here's our process:
Step Result
1) plug in the USB charging cable no effect on LED lights
2) unplug USB charging cable
3) wait 5 seconds
4) plug in the USB charging cable Status LED light flash green then blinks amber (low battery)
5) unplug USB charging cable
6) wait 5 seconds
7) plug in the USB charging cable DC-in light green (charging)
For stubbornly drained battery, we plugged in the USB charging cable and left it alone for an hour before using the steps above.

Items paid for before 1 PM (EST) will be shipped on the same business day. Orders received after 1 PM (EST) will be shipped on the following business day.
Calculated Shipping with FedEx: Standard shipping estimates are calculated using FedEx Ground service to a commercial address. Please note, for an address listed as a residential address in FedEx's directory, eBay/FedEx will add an additional surcharge of a few dollars at checkout for FedEx Home Delivery.
Expedited Shipping: Please contact us if standard shipping is the only option listed and you need to upgrade to a faster service. We will try to accommodate your needs.
International Shipping: We ship internationally using eBay's Global Shipping Program.

Warranty
We offer a 30-day DOA warranty on all of our items EXCEPT those listed for parts/repair or specified otherwise in the item's return policy. Please click on the "Shipping and payments" tab to see an item's return policy. We will cover the return shipping on warrantied units.
Returns or Exchanges
Contact us if you have any questions or concerns. A 30-day return period also applies to items that arrive in the condition described in the listing. We will refund the purchase price of the item, however, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Additionally, the item must arrive back to us undamaged and in the original condition in which it was sold—no modification, alterations, etc.
