This is for one panty by Victoria's Secret that is part of the Second Skin Satin line, they are a High Leg Brief style, size Small.  They are a red floral satiny smooth material.  The condition is new without tags and bought in 1999.  NOTE: These have never been worn but there is a tiny pick on the back as seen in the last photo.  Thanks!
