This is a set of four (4) beautiful Pirkenhammer CZECHOSLOVAKIA 8 3/4" one of the plates has the Pirkenhammer shield mark which dates back to 1887-1890, 3 of the plates have the Brezova Mark which dates 1893 - 1918. Either way the plates are over 100 years old. Beautifully done, with the cobalt blue borders, encrusted with heavy gold work, and they do have colors in the flowers and the branches, leaves of the plants.Each of the four plates is different. They have very little wear to the plates, if any. They are beautiful set of antique plates. I have tried to show a couple close up pictures so that you can see the work, very detailed. the dots of gold are 3 dimensional as well.
