FAQs

Will all apps run perfectly?  = Most will. However some apps have more of a mobile/touchscreen specific  design and may not be easy to navigate on a non touchscreen (mouse/keyboard  only) PC.

Can I use this on a tablet or Mac? =  No. This USB will only work on a PC computer.

Instructions:

• Insert the Android USB in your computer’s USB port.

• Restart your computer and wait for the first screen to pop up.  Often, it'll say something like "Press F12 to Choose Boot Device"  somewhere on the screen (usually at the bottom). Press that key now as  this screen disappears quickly.

• Give it a moment to continue booting, and you should see a menu pop  up with a list of choices on it. This is your BIOS. Go to the section  where you see a boot order list (which devices boot first, second, etc).  Highlight your USB and move it to the top of the boot list. Depending on  your computer model’s BIOS, you may need to use the Page Up and Page  Down keys or an F key, etc. to move your selection to the top of the  list. Your screen should show the proper keys to press to accomplish  this. You will then need to Save and Exit.

• Restart your computer and then on the screen that appears select  "Run Android -x86 without installation". This will run Android from the  USB without touching your current hard driver/OS. However if you would  like to install directly to your PC then select to install to harddisk  (at your own risk - backup all files just in case).

• Android will appear at which point you can set everything up the way  you would like.
