Lovely deepest dark chocolate silk tulle, machine embroidered around the cape/ Bertha collar, waist and hem, quite sheer, with an included slip that works well, but is not original. Measurements are for the dress, slip is slightly smaller, and you may want to use your own. Slip is 1950s with a side zipper, and scallops that complement the dress. Dress does have a few issues, shown: one darker 1" spot on the front,  barely shows  with the black slip, and a few mends, a couple of pin holes, but perfectly wearable just as found, but not for the perfectionist. Side snaps.
