St. Patrick's Halfpenny, smaller size, often called a farthing. Approx., 25mm, 5g. Research gives c1646-1660: but that includes Charles I, also 1658-70 & 1674-75. US coins for sale, usually larger size, give 1670.

Reverse St. Patrick with double-cross crozier, repelling serpents, cathedral right + QVIESCAT PLEBS: May the People be at Peace. Obverse King David kneeling & playing the harp + FLOREAT REX: May the King Flourish.

Well used coin with loss of detail to rubbed faces, surface dents & edge knocks. Also, circular loss by obverse crown. More detail present to reverse with crozier & cathedral still visible & legend.
Wary of using collectors grading but coin appears to be VG, Very Good, to a/F, almost Fine condition, using European System of 25% - 50% of original design remaining.
