The VR28 Black Iridium Polarized lens offers the 10% light transmission of Black Iridium Polarized combined with a VR28 base that eliminates glare and provides super contrast and enhanced detail. Perfect for speed sports where light transmission varies quickly and you require maximum visibility and contrast to see obstacles, variations in surfaces, but still want a dark lens for full sun conditions (riding in the mountains).
The Oakley Radar Path Sunglasses let you quickly change Oakley’s High Definition Optics (HDO) lenses to optimize vision in any sport environment. Nose pieces and stem sleeves are made of Unobtainium to increase grip with perspiration. Oakley’s Three-Point Fit optimizes comfort and holds the lenses in precise optical alignment for superior clarity. The Radar Path is made of lightweight O Matter for all-day comfort. To keep the heat of competition from swamping you with sweat, the frame geometry creates a cooling flow of air. Pure Plutonite lens material filters out 100% of all UV/UB and Radar Path meets ANSI Z87.1 standards for impact protection. The semi-rimless design means there’s no frame rim to block downward view. Optical clarity exceeds ANSI Z87.1 standards and patented Polaric Ellipsoid geometry extends razor-sharp vision all the way to the lens periphery.
