Vintage 1979 Mego Buck Rodgers Dr. Huer 3 3/4 Action Figure.

This figure has a very loose rubber banded midsection.  There are other lost paint spots on his hands.  I tried to photo him in the position showing that the midsection is very loose.  I also had to alter the filter on my camera to bring out more detail in the photos.  The actual color of his costume is a deep dark purple.The standing photo was taken with a little luck and steady hand.
