ITEM CONDITION

Set of 4 pieces of approximately 3 inch long heavy duty 4mm elastic and 8 metal ferrules. No other parts are included. I use thick 4mm elastic, the same size as American Girl. I know others use smaller 3mm or 1/8 inch elastic, but it doesn’t hold up or last as well. I don't include instructions, but there are a lot of great tutorials on the internet. 

This item comes from a smoke-free, dog friendly home.

SHIPPING

Please ensure that your eBay address is correct before purchasing as I will not modify or change shipping addresses after the listing ends. eBay's seller protection requires that I only ship to confirmed addresses and absolutely no exceptions will be made for any reason.

• Handling Time: Items are typically shipped out within 2 business days unless stated otherwise. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

• Most items will be shipped in a padded envelope to keep shipping costs as low as possible. If you prefer a box, let me know before you purchase it so I can update the shipping costs to reflect the increased shipping cost as well as the cost of the box.

• I will combine shipping on most items.

• In order to get the combined shipping, add all of the items to your cart and the shipping discount will be calculated automatically.

Please do not pay for each item individually and then ask for the discount. I cannot combine shipping costs after the items are paid for individually. If the discounted shipping isn't calculated automatically, click the "Request total from Seller" button at the top right of the screen when you're in your cart or message me before paying and we'll get it figured out.
