• If for some reason your item arrives damaged. PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKING and BOXES. Notify me immediately! I will file a claim with the shipping company.
• DO NOT DISCARD PACKAGING UNTIL CLAIM IS COMPLETED!
• If an item arrives damaged, I MUST be notified within 24 hours in order to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. If I do not hear from you within this time frame, it will be more difficult to process your claim paperwork and I will not be responsible for any declines on claims or delays
