Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Lidocaine Hydrochloride 0.5% w/w, Allantoin 0.5% w/w.

Other Ingredients: White soft paraffin, wool fat and purified water.

Usage and Instructions

Care Haemorrhoid Relief Ointment is suitable for use by adults and Children over the age of 12.

Always wash your hands before and after use, and for external piles, wash the affected area with tepid water, dry, and apply the ointment with gauze or lint. Repeat as often as is required.

Not recommended for young children.

• All standard UK deliveries are next day delivery, more and are estimated to be with you within 1-2 working days of placing your order. • Any orders come with a standard delivery charge.
• Delivery to areas such as Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and outlying parts of the UK mainland is estimated to take an extra 24 hours handling time on top of the standard delivery time due to shipping processes. Regardless of the reasons, we will always accept the change, as long as the change is made in the first 24 hours after placing your order. • Returns are only valid 30 days (for UK orders) or 45 days (for International orders) after purchase. All items that are being returned must be clean and in the same condition, they were when they left our warehouse. If an item arrives dirty then we are unable to process your return request. The product will then be returned to you at your own cost. This clause is in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. We will not accept returns on any form of undergarments.

• If you would like an exchange and the item is in stock at our warehouse, we will endeavor to get the item shipped to you within 48 hours. However, if the item you have requested is out of stock, you will be refunded.

• Refund
• If you would like a refund instead of an exchange, then the process will go as follows:
• Once we have received the item back, we will examine the issue. If it is a fault on the supplier's behalf then we will raise an immediate investigation with them. A full refund can be expected within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will go back onto the card that was used to make the purchase via credit, debit or PayPal.
