FRESH/WASTE WATER TANK DRAIN TAP FOR MOTORHOME/CARAVAN/BOAT/CAMPER/AUTOSLEEPER

ON/OFF LEVER DRAIN TAP FOR FRESH/WASTE WATER TANKS

This tap is suitable to replace fresh and waste water tank taps on most makes of Camper vans, Caravans, Motorhomes, Boats and liquid tanks.

The black plastic finish helps to reduce deterioration of colour, premature brittleness and build up of algae that white plastic versions suffer from.

The tap has a 3/4 inch BSP thread adaptor and fits directly into a 1 inch flexible fresh/waste pipe and should be secured with a jubilee clip (not included).

Please Note: The item that you will receive is exactly as listed and shown in the main photographs and so does not include any kind of locking nut and if required can be bonded and sealed into place using a quality bonding/sealing agent.

This tap has been supplied as original equipment on many Motorhomes, Campervans and Caravans since as far back as the 1990’s and is a suitable replacement for many others.

PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE INFERIOR, POOR QUALITY, CHINESE COPIES AS PICTURED BELOW WHICH ARE NOW SUDDENLY BEING SOLD ON EBAY WITH THE DESCRIPTION FOR OUR TAP HAVING BEEN COPIED AND PASTED!

THESE TAPS ARE INTENDED FOR USE ON SMALL LIQUID CONTAINERS - YOU WILL NOTICE THAT THEY HAVE A MUCH SMALLER OUTLET AND THEREFORE A VERY SLOW ‘FLOW RATE’ - THEY ARE REALLY NOT SUITABLE FOR USE ON LARGER WATER TANKS AND ESPECIALLY NOT WASTE WATER TANKS AS THEY WILL HAVE A VERY POOR DRAIN FLOW AND WILL BECOME RESTRICTED AND BLOCKED VERY EASILY.
